I've been using Cook's for years now. I had a number of different bug invaders initially, so it took a few months for all of the accumulated pests to be eliminated, but since then we've had minimal bug occurrences. When we do, Cook's takes care of it quickly. We've been pleased over all--of course in the course of a few years, there are bound to be a couple of hiccups, but always these get resolved professionally and courteously. I've never felt I had occasion to consider switching services. read more
