Been wanting to try Terminal 26 at Ponce City Market since it opened and it did not disappoint. Food came out fast, flavors were on point, and the space has a really cool vibe. Service was solid too, our server Mila actually knew the menu and gave good recommendations. Will def be back, already thinking about what to order next time.

Food is great, love the atmostphere, service still great even at down time! You guys need to try shrimp pot!

Service is great! Shrimp pot is phenomenal! They super nice and friendly from staffs to managers. Try their thai tea and it's a blast

This was $26 + tax! Ridiculous

Lots of room for improvement. First the prices are extraordinary high for the amount of food you get. $26 for a lunch set that includes a cup of what ever main dish you order, 1/2 cup of rice and a side. No drink is included. That's another $4. I get it, prices have gone up. But to top it off the slow and inattentive service makes it an insult. My food arrived 20 minutes before my husband food and no acknowledgment or apology was given. As we were preparing to just cancel his order, pay for mine and leave, his food was delivered. Cold! He ate 2 bites and we asked for to go containers. At a minimum we should have received an apology and 2 comped drinks. We will not be back because the food is not good enough to excuse the prices or the level of indifference in service. Hard pass.

Seven friends and I went to the grand opening. We had reservations at 6:30 pm and were seated promptly. Drinks were good! Favorite food items were the floating oyster platter, tamarind snapper, and spicy mango salad.

The portions are super small and expensive. The crab fried rice was $38 after tax, the rice was poorly cooked, and I only got three small pieces of crab. The portion was more equivalent to an appetizer.

    Boat noodle

The broth was rich and full of flavor, and the beef was nice and tender. The pork crackling it came in XXL size. The staff were friendly. The price was a little high, but overall it was a good meal.

I have never in my life had Americanized Thai food (or at least been conscience of it) but this tasted every bit of that. Not a single Thai national or descendant cooking or dining in here... I should have slid out the door upon noticing this but we were HONGRY and this place was walking distance. I appreciate the big portions to help alleviate the hunger, but the food going down wasn't even close to a real Thai experience. And the general ambience was definitely off. It's unclear whether this is a casual to-go spot or a sit-down spot or a bar. The service here was confusing. You have to order drinks separately from your food, for one. Secondly, it took a solid 10 minutes for a bartender to walk behind the bar and begrudgingly explain to me what they have available. I would have ordered more but her attitude made me close the tab after one beer. We didn't get served water until after we received our food, a solid 15-20 min after being in the restaurant. It generally felt like no one wanted to be there, and the staff were just moving independently to complete tasks instead of creating a dining experience *together*. There was not a smile from a single person I interacted with. I'd most likely not return purely because the dining experience is just plain out uncomfortable. On to the food. Mostly oil and noodles except for the papaya salad, which was... okay. Again, big portions. Nice heat. But just okay. The whole cherry tomatoes on top were a little weird and screamed laziness. The tofu kee mao was... okay. Same for the chicken pad thai. Lots of oil. This food made us feel pretty tired after eating it, which I've rarely experienced eating Thai cuisine. And they were very, very stingy with the protein. My husband counted 4-5 little slivers of chicken and hella noodles. The same was true for my tofu dish. I mean... it's tofu y'all. Cheap. But I can imagine they have to cut these corners because there were about 8 staff members running around in a small space with only a few customers in for happy hour. They do have HH deals on drinks depending on the day, but I found the drinks to be overpriced and not worth it. Especially the beer. And a $10 non-alcoholic cocktail is wild imo, especially for the scanty area this area is in. They are certainly milking the fact that they are in eyeshot of the Mercedes Benz stadium. The inside is beautiful and very ~trendy~ and honestly that tells me exactly where the focus is. I'd rate this a 2, but I'm adding a star for the spotless restrooms.

It wasn't clear that parking is validated if you pay at one of the stalls using the QR code. The restaurant was fairly quiet and empty when we arrived, and we had a reservation. We were seated directly next to the kitchen where it was loud and noisy, which was an interesting choice since there were so many empty tables everywhere else. The food was just ok in my opinion. The best thing we ate was the appetizer, which was the crab curry vermicelli bites. It was delicious and flavorful. For main entrees, we ordered pad see ew and pad woon sen, both with chicken. Both were very underwhelming. The flavor profile just wasn't there in my opinion. We asked for three stars of spicy, and the pad woon sen came out with red tinted noodles and extra sauce on the side, which tasted like it was supposed to be hot sauce? It's hard to describe, but the noodles tasted superficially spicy if that makes sense. It tasted like they flavored it to look spicy, but it wasn't spicy in the traditional sense. There were no chili flakes or oils that were incorporated into the dish and it wasn't offered as a side, which is typically my experience at Thai restaurants. The portions were also relatively small for their price tags in my opinion. Two entrees and one appetizer (no drinks) ended up being in the $80s. Also for being an "upscale" Thai restaurant, more authentic touches would have been nice. For example, chopsticks weren't offered at the table when we were seated or when they brought our food out. We had to flag down our waiter and had to specifically request it, and we got disposable chopsticks. Again, not a huge deal, but in my experience at upscale Thai restaurants, they usually offer proper, reusable chopsticks along with other silverware. Overall, this place was a miss for me, given the flavors and the food for the cost.

The decor, especially the service, is very on point. All the servers were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with Thai cultural artifacts, and there's also a backdrop of umbrellas at the entrance that makes for a nice photo spot. The food, however, was a bit hit-or-miss for me. Most of the dishes were a little too heavily seasoned, too sweet, or too salty for my taste. My boyfriend enjoyed the food more than I did. My palate tends to lean toward lighter flavors. The food was good overall. Nothing to complain about, but nothing really stood out as amazing either. We had: - Strawberry Creamy Mocktail: a bit too syrupy for me. - Black Mussels: the mussels were a little dry and didn't taste very fresh. The dish was also too salty for my taste. - Fried Gyoza - Satay Chicken - Tiger Prawns & Scallops - Roti Bread: we ordered this as a side without curry. - Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. Overall, it's a nice place with really good service and beautiful decor. Although the food didn't quite work for my palate, it will probably suit people who enjoy stronger and more heavily seasoned flavors. I would still recommend giving it a try, especially for the atmosphere and excellent service.
