I've been using Termagon for a long time. They did such a good job with spraying my house I switched over to them for termites too. Each time I call they are pleasant, they solve the problem if I have questions or even if I need to pay after service. Did I mention the prices are reasonable? They really are! I don't have to call them to remind them it's time for a visit and if I need an extra spray because it's a bad year for bugs they fit me in. Quality,Reliability,friendly service company that is top notch! My favorite out of the whole company and the reason I love this company and trust them is because of the worker that comes to my house. Jeremiah is such a great employee. He is knowledgeable ,honest,loyal and a pleasure to watch in action. In 2025 it is rare to find such a gem. We purchased our home in November 2018. It was inspected for termites by a company our realtor hired. We were given a 1 year warranty. Of course, long about January/February 2019 we noticed some termite tubes. We called the company that did the inspection and provided the warranty and they said no they would not do any treatment for free based on the warranty AND in their opinion we didn't need any treatment. So, we called a second opinion and was told yes we did need treatment, provided an estimate and a plan of action. This company was also hired by the seller to do an inspection and they remembered recommending treatment be done at the sale, which it was not. To be certain, we called a third opinion and was provided another plan of action. Now, we're confused. Who do we believe? We have three different companies telling us three different things. We ended up calling Termagon. They came out, provided an estimate and a plan of action as well. They agreed with the second company that treatment was warranted and what type of treatment was best. They were punctual, professional, and non-pressure. We were given some options that we could choose from as far as treatment plans and warranty options. We chose Termagon not only because they were more professional and seemed to really want to serve our needs and not upsell anything, but also because they offered the best warranty. We learned from our first mistake and made sure that whoever we chose stood by their work. Termagon was not the cheapest, but they were pretty close and the other attributes is what sold us. The technician that did the work was thorough, polite, professional. They called a few days later to ensure we were happy with everything. They even came back out and ensured the work was done to their standards. Overall, a great experience in a not-so great situation. Highly recommend. read more

This company should not be used. You will not receive your service and they will play games with you on the phone. I was told at first that I wasn't even on the system, but then my name was finally found. Now they say my contract expired 6 months ago. There was no reminder sent to me. The guy said nothing to me when he inspected the premises the last time he came. I wasn't notified, so they won't be responsible. They have been caring for this house for six years. Six months later, my house has termite activity. This is very suspicious. That shouldn't happen if they take care of it last time. In my opinion, they never did anything to the house. Be very careful. (This is in Tucson, AZ). This business is not BBB accredited. read more

I paid a $1,000 in two years and they don't take care of the problem. The website where they list the houses that they treat listed that they didn't put enough solution for the square footage. In addition the receptionist is always is a bother to answer questions. read more

I received a recommendation from a friend to try Termagon, and I've used them now for two years. I believe them to be affordable and responsive to issues. Dave aka "Goose" was my technician for over a year until I moved. He was great, and I could always call him if anything came up after he had treated my place. I also had a small home and he charged me less for it. Now, I'm located in Marana, and I have either Roger or Andrew come treat my house. It was $75 for the initial setup and inspection, and the maintenance visits are $30. Any bugs I see getting in the house are typically dead, so what they're doing works, and my house backs up to desert so there are many creepy crawlies out. The office workers who call to schedule are always friendly and accommodating, although I think they sometimes forget when it's time to schedule my monthly treatment. I work full-time so I need someone to come early so they can be done in time for me to leave for work, and they will come out as early as 6:30 if I need them. read more

best pest control company i've ever worked with. the staff in the office are always so friendly and helpful. their technicians are so skilled and compassionate. i had an issue with bedbugs and their technician michael took his time explaining everything and how the treatment process would work, he eradicated all of them and i sleep well at night knowing termagon came and killed all the bugs. i cant say enough great things about these people, just genuinely great service, great staff, and great local company. thanks termagon!!!! read more

This is probably the worst place I used I got a general cleaning and still seeing roaches two days after they came by and sprayed. The lady was literally done in about 20 minutes I figured I'd give him the benefit of a doubt since it was done so quickly. This company is FANTASTIC. We were recommended by a neighbor bc they love this exterminator. They call the day before to remind you of your appt, the bill gets emailed to me as soon as the exterminator leaves my driveway, they add poison to my rat traps and their prices cannot be beat. Our previous pest company was a far cry from Termagon and much more expensive. We are stunned at how much better Termagon is....our exterminator Mike is extremely professional and knowledgeable. read more

We are so disappointed with Termagon. We ended up with them as our real estate agent used them for our home pest and termite inspection. We had them for our pest control and termite. T2hey have not been the easiest to deal with, yet, their pest control person has been pleasant and helpful. We had our quarterly pest service and we noticed that we still had ants and flying bugs. We called to get this serviced. Our previous pest control/termite company would welcome a call and would schedule another service to take care of the problem. Termagon says that they will not take care of anything in between services unless we pay for the service. We could not believe this as we had been with the previous company for over 20 years and always if anything was wrong, they would come back. The Termagon office said, Sorry, we do not provide any follow-up. Well, this is the end of Termagon and we would not recommend them to anyone who expects service for pest control or termite control, and service means service in between quarterly services if there is a problem. We will revert to Terminix, where we got superior service and great rates. read more

This is a relatively new local business, and they do a good job. They are contracted with the apartment building where I live, and they are very contentious about inspection, spraying, and follow-up. I had some concerns afterward and left some messages and they got back with me the same evening to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I always say, whenever possible, support local businesses because they are the real economic backbone of our communities. So if you need pest control, or think you might need pest control, give these folks a call. read more

I have used Termagon's services for more than 15 years. At my previous home Termagon did a great job of keeping me bug free. Termites were not an issue. At my present home the nearest places have been treated for termites so I thought I might have them. I appreciate Chuck's honesty. He told me I do not have termites. Nor am I likely to have them any time soon because the adjoining properties had been treated. I find Termagon's prices very fair. They are prompt. Chuck was very pleasant today. read more

We hired this company for a termite treatment for our sold home. The "person" came in and left my house a mess. Leaving dirt and chemicals all over my master bath. He removed the shower control to spray behind the wall and reinstalled it incorrectly, breaking the handle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more
