This was an elective procedure and the receptionist told me legally they could not see me as a patient. I did not ask them to use my Medicare as I knew this would not be a covered procedure. I would never reccommend this facility because of this. The surgery went fine. I wasn't completely happy with the results as it looks like there is a stitch in the middle of my breasts that is to tight and a bulge/ripple on the left side. I am actually relieved they won't see me now because of legal reasons and their attorneys, it makes me feel like they have had issues and I would not go back to them or reccmmend them to anyone. I suppose they won't do a facelift for someone with Medicare too. Read reviews on this center and do your home work.

When it came to to do an exam, he handed me a gown that was extremely small. I'm a plus size and it would not even come close to covering my breasts. I asked for another gown and he said "we get what we get". No apology, nothing. It was humiliating. When he said the next thing to do would be photos, I declined and we left. Over time I encountered ongoing problems with scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups. Calls and messages were not returned, even by management. I was hung up on. I was told referrals or authorizations were being handled when they were not, which resulted in a necessary appointment being scheduled late, BY WEEKS. I made multiple attempts to resolve these issues, including reaching out to the manager, Paulette, and to Michelle Pace, but did not receive responses. After repeated attempts to work through these problems, I ultimately transferred my care elsewhere. This review reflects the administrative experience only, not Dr. Nielsen's care, which I appreciated.
