I then had to be the head of the household to get helped with the taxes situation. This year in particular they charged me $600 to get the job done which most years they were just charging us as filing jointly with $350 or less. I'm not a small business owner or anything like that but a low income head of the household widower so I searched for other taxes person just to make sure and make sense that I didn't get ripped off and sure enough that my second choices person were able to get the job done with $200 and I received more money back from the IRS and state way more than this dishonest company so always double checking and don't falling into their traps. What an inhumanity they are. God blessed them!
