First nurse? doubtful, probably a nursing assistant, took my vitals, got distracted and left my BP cuff on. I finally just took it off myself. Was my medical problem resolved? NO, it was not. Had a young resident come in, ordered a very side effective med, which means he should've asked what meds I was on, vitamins, etc. He asked NONE of this. Waited about 3 hours for a shot. NO other patients anywhere, everyone was restocking, emptying trash, etc. Finally, a nurse entered, asked me about my problem, told her "I'm just waiting for a shot". Oh, ok let me go find it. Got my shot, it did not work, AT ALL and now I'm at home, 48 hours later, with a potential fatal situation. Write EVERTHING down, so your survivors can sue this Monstrosity of a hospital for anything.

My grandmother, mother, and I all go to her and in fact, I think she may even not accept new patients because she is so busy. I heard that about 5 years ago, though, so that definitely could have changed. I can't recall how long it takes to get in to see her, but I know it wasn't exceptionally long. Maybe a month or so. Also, I had a health savings account and it was only $35 out of my HSA account. Definitely a recommended primary care doctor!

She is so sweet and she does the most amazing job ever! She took my lips which was one of my insecurities and turned them into one of my most favorite things about myself!! I was really self-conscious about it. They put a filler in my cheek all around the eye. It did not make the bag go away, but it made my cheek look fuller there for making the bag not look so noticeable. They evened it out on both sides. In essence, they gave me a cheek lift. I am very pleased and will continue to use them for whatever my needs are.

That said, I'm going with a 3/5 for the first trip here. -2 - Check-in - you shouldn't have to argue with any receptionists about temperatures or what is considered good or bad on symptoms; we're here because we think there's an issue and would like to speak to someone past reception. If we weren't so worried about the kiddo I would have stayed to discuss the behavior with someone. Otherwise, filling out some electronic form never gets to the right people. +1 - cleanliness - it was clean in every area we were in +1 - location - close to home so yay! +1 - staff (minus check-in folks) - all the help once we were inside was great. The doctor on staff was patient and took time to address concerns. Will be back and am glad for the convenience, but will be prepared to deal with whatever the front desk experience may be. The weight time is horrible but understandable for a surgeon. My results are not ideal as I am now seeing a different surgeon. Dr Gallaher never seemed to know who I was even while I was going weekly. I feel the reconstruction process was rushed through and I am left with asymmetric breasts. I do not feel it was intentional but I do not feel like he treated "me". I do know that with reconstruction and radiation the results are not going to be perfect but I do think they could have been better. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but now I am having to have more surgery.
