The renewed faculty physicians office and staff are absolutely first class. They go above and beyond to make sure what is needed to save feet etc. And that, they did! My mother's feet and leg were being treated 3 to 4 times a week by a home health wound specialist. But it kept getting worse, even after expensive grafts. Called Dr Bowlin and he cleared an Opening for her the next day, and was told life threatening. After the first week, she had improved and is almost 100% fully recovered after 2 month of treatments. I saw two podiatrists at Faculty Physicians. Brittany Miller was ok, she was a nurse practitioner who repaired my toenail in such a way that it grew painful after 5 years. Dr Derrick Roland then repaired it. He was clearly a knowledgeable podiatrist. Toe healed well. However, the office staff was atrocious. I told them I was going out of town and would not be available for a follow-up; so someone just assigned me a random date. When I called after the text message heads up, they said I should cancel the appointment. Which of course I did, immediately. Then, they lost my original payment records. I sent in my credit card records, and they could not match with their records and re-billed me again at a higher rate. I have plenty of records of the payment, but they are so disorganized, who knows what problems this will cause in the future. I am going to simply file a police report so I have it to file with the credit reporting agency and dispute their collections. Pathetic. read more

Absolutely unprofessional, disorganized and vindictive staff. Couldn't do what needed done with 3 weeks notice prior to my surgery date to get me scheduled. When I cancelled surgery because I was concerned due to the rude treatment of my cardiologist and myself the person hung up on me. When I requested my records for a second opinion the front desk staff kept me waiting, intimidated me and required me to make two trips to get all of my records. Disgusting people. I have never left a review good or bad about services. But gas to leave this review because I have never been treated this way by ANY doctor's office. There are many other options. Absolutely terrible office. No on call doctor, they never ever do what they say they are going to. It's like pulling teeth to even get a prescription called in. Every appointment will have you waiting 1.5-2 hours. Do not go there if you actually need more than once a year check up. Disgraceful place. read more
