My mother's feet and leg were being treated 3 to 4 times a week by a home health wound specialist. But it kept getting worse, even after expensive grafts. Called Dr Bowlin and he cleared an Opening for her the next day, and was told life threatening. After the first week, she had improved and is almost 100% fully recovered after 2 month of treatments. We're no stranger to a doctors office. when I was referred to Arches foot care I was hesitant because I had never heard of them or even seen the building. But my daughter needed treatment so we gave it a try. I was blown away. The staff was 12/10. The nurses, the doctors, the main doctor that worked on my little one and the ladies up front were all so caring and loving towards a little girl they have never even seen before and professional with me. It's as close to having mamaw and papaw fix a boo boo as it gets and that means the world to me. I'll never think twice about where I'll send my kids or myself when we need a podiatrist. This doctor saved my foot after serious infection, helped me to get back on my feet (literally and figuratively) and talked to me like I was human. I would defend this man to the death and could not recommend any doctor more. Bambi, his front desk receptionist, is amazing. I don't know why most physicians offices have horrible, rude staff... but Bambi is definitely not like that. Honestly, I can't think of ANYTHING negative. My practitioner, Valerie, is compassionate, thorough, and has really listened to and addressed all my questions/concerns. Valerie spent an ample amount of time with me, and armed me with a great treatment plan which included several prescription and non-pharmacological options to combat my intense symptoms of nausea/vomiting. I'm feeling MUCH BETTER now! She's also been very flexible in meeting my needs in regards to ordering my prenatal screening lab work. The ultrasound techs, Emily and Sheila, are both very knowledgeable and personable, and Katie at the front desk is just the sweetest! There, for the past 15+ years I have been in the care of Dr.Vaughan whenever I need adjusting. I highly recommend both. Many of the therapists have done an excellent job helping me but I want to give a special shout out to Drea who worked on my shoulder yesterday. I have had a knot in my shoulder for years and have had massage therapists work on it for an hour to no avail but in 15 minutes she had broken up that knot more than anyone has before. And most recently went to their podiatrist for some pain in my foot. I don't have a primary physician so it's nice to know that they can handle pretty much everything I throw at them. It's a very special group there. Everyone does a great job.
