When I pulled the truck in for a price, Frank didn't exactly say no but he said "you got a lot going on with this truck" and pointed to the rusted through areas in the hood, the completely paintless roof, the many dings and a rear quarter panel that was a different color. He explained he'd have to work me in between insurance claims that need quick turnaround and it might take awhile. He also said no one really want to do a good paint job anymore because it's labor intensive. Husband and I I talked re the pricing and agreed we wanted to keep this little truck but give it a new look and protect it. She has 237k miles and we've taken good care of it. To say Frank is friendly and a perfectionist is an understatement. He was honest in the extensive timing and we kept going by to check on it. What we got in return went above and beyond our expectations!

Approximately ten minutes after I called for a tow (and speaking with a doll of a woman who was very helpful), the tow truck showed up. I was prepared to wait at least half an hour which had been the norm in my past experiences. Also in my past experiences, getting the car hooked up was a lengthy process. Not with Marty's! Ismael had us moving on the road within 3 minutes of him arriving. Tow truck technology has come a long way since I've needed their help! Blew my mind. On top of the speedy assistance, Ismael was also an absolute pleasure to ride along and speak with. This place defined reassurance and efficient help. My car was hit by someone else, and after working on my car for 2 weeks, they told me it was ready. When I went to pick it up, there were still multiple items wrong with it - none of the panels/bumpers had been realigned, trim was barely holding on, and a piece of trim was still missing (they were waiting on the order - but they said I could take it home even though the rain that day would have gotten into the door). So I left it for another week. As I'm picking up today, there are still 3 items out of alignment and I'm told by my service advisor, Tiffany, that this was the best they could do. Pity. When Bill Smith worked here, he would have made sure the customer was happy. Instead, Tiffany just walked away and had nothing else to say. Christina at the front was amazing, but the service manager (Tiffany) left much to be desired regarding customer service.

Appointment is set for tomorrow. I used them for a quote last year (2020) on my 2011 Mazda damage from youngster during spring break...compared to local shops 50% higher in price.
