Tracey's Pilates reformer class is a must! I have been doing Pilates for 15 years, but I learned so…read moremuch from Tracey's 1 hour class! She has so much knowledge and is very caring and supportive. The class was with 6 individuals with very different stages of fitness journey and needs. (Some have bad shoulders, injured body parts etc.) Tracey gave everybody with very customized, individual cues and progression/regression, and I am amazed how she helped everyone to push just right amount so that everyone can get good workout while not injuring themselves. The whole class flow was amazingly choreographed with proper techniques and hands-on adjustments. I am at the phase to undo my bad habits and correct my alignments deviations. Without me communicating verbally, Tracey understood my intentions and guided me through the whole class. She gave me so many aha moments and I finally found some of my muscle groups firing which I haven't felt for years. She has such a sweet, nurturing personality, and it was such a pleasant and fun experience to move in her class! Highly highly recommend to anybody - from a person who has never taken a Pilates class, or recovering from injuries, to a Pilates enthusiast looking for learning from an instructor at the mastery level of arts of Pilates.

I found them through ClassPass and noticed on their website that first-time clients are required to take the Luxe Fundamentals class, which I appreciated since it helped me get familiar with the studio and teaching style. I already had my own grip socks, but they do have grip socks available for purchase if needed. The studio itself is spacious, bright, and filled with natural light. They have eight custom Balanced Body reformers that felt incredibly comfortable to use. The reformers are slightly longer than standard ones, which was my personal preference. I'm sure others would like this as well! The layout is thoughtfully designed and never felt crowded, even during class. I also caught a glimpse of one of their private rooms, which looked lovely. I took Luxe Fundamentals with Myra, and she was fantastic. She incorporated a 10-pound Pilates circle into the workout, making it a surprisingly challenging full-body class while still offering modifications for those with back pain or other limitations. What stood out most was how she took the time to learn everyone's names, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The music was upbeat without being distracting, and Myra's instructions were easy to hear throughout class. There's a small bench near the entrance for personal belongings, though I would have appreciated a bit more space for bags and other items. One thing to keep in mind is parking. The lot is fairly small, so I would definitely recommend arriving early to secure a spot and settle in before class. Overall, I had a great first experience and can see why people love this studio. I'll definitely be back.

I called and spoke with Alessia and she was very patience answering to all my questions. We are interested in learning ballroom dance and she said we can tell her what we wanna learn at the time of the lesson. The location we went was 121 Weaverly in Pasadena. The location was easy to find (10 mins walking distance from old Pasdena town) and my mom chose to learn Waltz. Alessia was our instructor and she was trying to teach us as much as she can within the hour time. She was nice, professional, and patience with all of us. It was a very pleasant experience for all of us.

I especially like her attention to detail in the technique, and in the proper way to lead and follow. If you want to learn Salsa, Swing or any of the Ballroom dances you can't go wrong with classes at Let's Dance SP. Alessia recently convinced me to try International Latin and while difficult, I can see definite progress. I especially appreciate her helping me develop my body action which transfers over to my social salsa dancing. Drop by any of the classes and check it out yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect studio for beginners to advance seasoned veterans of Lagree. The trainers here are so nice welcoming and truly can do it all with no sweat. I'm always impressed by the amount of parking spots available when I come here. Plenty of free 2hrs parking along Mission. Love the cozy neighborhood as well. Cute boutique shops, cafes and salons. There's just so much on this street it's an awesome place even just to walk around. If you want a lagree class that will challenge you but give you plenty of ways to build up your strength you have to check out MegaFit. As a classpass girlie, I was always more interested in trying different studios but once I found Mary at MegaFit there was no going anywhere else. Come try her class Wednesdays and trust me you'll thank me later. You won't find a better, more kinder, more beautiful, talented and strong woman as Mary. I've taken several of the instructors here and they are all wonderful women so you can't go wrong any day of the week. Perfect size studio as well. Not too many machines but not too little and they are perfectly spaced so you're not in someone's ear. Absolutely love it here and will forever be a regular. If you want to try lagree for the first time of the 50th time, MegaFit certainly delivers in fun, sweat and abs!!

I've taken numerous workout classes, including Lagree, so I was already familiar with the machine and many of the movements. The class itself was not very engaging and felt quite simple. There was no music, very few demonstrations, and minimal holds or challenging movements. However, the biggest issue was my experience with the instructor, Lo. When I arrived, she kindly showed me to my machine and went over the basics of the spring load and how it functions, which I appreciated. I also agreed to hands-on support when offered. Unfortunately, her attitude throughout the class felt very condescending. When I needed to be corrected, she would shout my name and say things like, "You're doing it wrong," without providing clear instructions on how to correct the movement. She also rarely came over to help adjust my posture, despite doing so for many of the other clients in the room. At one point, I asked her a simple question about my foot positioning for an exercise, and she chuckled in response, which was quite degrading.
