The process was agile, and where there were issues, Tim helped get them resolved. We ran into an issue towards the tail end of the process, but we were able to work with Tim and Celebration to get it resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, I feel lucky to have found Celebration Homes as they are semi-custom and could really offer us everything we wanted in our dream home! You read about home builders that try to cut corners or refuse to do stuff after you sign on the dotted line, however Celebration is not like that. They truly have pride in their work and I am so pleased with our end result.

I would definitely recommend bringing in a reputable builder to inspect a celebration home. The…read moresubs that they use are mediocre at best and crappy to be honest. I have owned my home for almost 2 years and have invested several thousand dollars trying to bring it into codes all the while being mocked and ridiculed by the builder because I was pointing out the flaws. From the electrician to the plumber to the painters and finishers they fell way short of what quality work is supposed to look and feel like. The only sub that got it right in my book is the HVAC contractor and he went out of his way to make sure my house was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Shout out to Claud Heating and air conditioning. Everyone else involved in the build should have all their licenses revoked and be banned from ever being allowed to build much less sell another one of these houses. Good luck if you screwed up and bought a celebration home. The Carpet Den in Franklin,Tn. can't spell LVP much less lay it. The plumbing contractor wouldn't know how to lay a shower pan if he had a YouTube video to help and the electrician, oh my the electrician, I am betting they get electrocuted a lot on the job site. Timberland cabinets really needs classes on how to mount cabinets before they are allowed to quote another job seeing how I had to add blocking in because my cabinets were falling off the wall and they wanted to argue with me. I will add pictures if google allows me and if they don't just ask and I will gladly supply you with them. Good luck if you buy a Celebration Home, you will need it!

First off, let me start by saying that anyone that has granite installed into their home or…read morebusiness in the Nashville area and DOES NOT use MC Granite is a fool! MC Granite installed New Caladonia granite into our kitchen in April of last year (2014) and since then it had lots of discoloration. It was amazing how bad the granite looked. I called and spoke with the owner, Juan, who came over and looked at it himself (this was about 6 months after the initial install). He said that he has never seen anything like it. He also said that he was going to take care of us, and boy did he. First off he was straightforward with us and told us that the New Caledonia did not look good in our kitchen and that a different color scheme would work better with our cabinets. He said to come by the shop and take a look. A few days later my wife and I headed over there. Everyone was super friendly and Juan came right out. He showed us some options that would work better in our kitchen. We agreed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We picked a new color (St Cecilia Gold). He set up a template date and then about 2 weeks later his people came and installed everything. They were fast and efficient. They did an awesome install. It looks amazing. Best part of it all, was that it was completely covered by their 1 year warranty. Everything from beginning to end was seamless and great. Juan and his team really know what they are doing. We will never use another granite company as long as we live in Nashville. Do yourself a favor, quit reading reviews and researching granite companies and call the team at MC Granite. You won't regret it, I promise.
