Be ready for the heat but they do supply two large industrial-sized outdoor A/C cooling in the reception tent. There are 2 unisex bathrooms for your guests to use located in the main house. The main house is mainly used for staging small foods, getting the wedding party ready, or for small groups to hang out in. Most of the activity on this property is going to happen outside - plan for the elements. The grounds had awesome and beautiful landscaping and tons of space for a lot of activities. You've got open fields, seating, a fire pit, and a few small gardens. You can easily have a huge wedding here, a family reunion, or a large corporate event. The only limitation would be on-site parking. Great space and venue outside of Knoxville.

I would absolutely stop by here again.

Monica and Stan thought of every single thing to ensure the wedding was flawless. Again and again I, the m-o-t-b, found myself impressed with yet another moment of a perfectly executed day of wedding plan. This was no doubt due to choosing Monica as the Day-Of Event Coordination instead of someone not familiar with the venue. Choosing Monica for this Cooridnator is really a must-do for anyone considering the Cardinal's Nest. Doing otherwise is really a disservie to yourself. Another particular note is the Access to Extensive Selection of Decor, for they have thought of everything to lighten your load and create the the absolute perfect venue. Thanks Monica and Stan for making our daughter's wedding "better than she ever could have imagined!!"

We had made reservations for services through Angel's View but we notified them we might make some changes to our location. They followed-up with me regarding the changes and proactively coordinated with a third party to make sure we could still receive the service we had scheduled. I would absolutely recommend them for the services they provide.

My husband and I got married here 7/31/24, it was amazing! I will start off this review by giving a…read morelittle advice- (this is going to be long winded I am sorry lol) we had to be out of the hotel room by 11, my hair curler stopped working halfway through curling my hair, we fixed that crisis- then had no time left for my makeup so I had to do my it in a rush in my car in the Walgreens parking lot!! Lol... so all of this to tell you I highly recommend either having the chapel do your hair and makeup or making sure you wake up early enough to get it all done because most hotels will make you leave by 11 am! When we arrived at the chapel I was a nervous wreck, the women that work there helped me get into my dress, helped me put my jewelry & shoes on.. helped me every step of the way. I am so grateful for them because without them I do not know how I would've ended up walking down the aisle lol! The venue was beautiful, the reception was amazing and we even got to decorate it ourselves, how we wanted to. My mother & I made our centerpieces, we bought most of the decorations from dollar tree, some came from Amazon. I ordered our party favors from Amazon and put them together myself. Our guest book was custom printed for us it also came from Amazon. I used Spotify playlists on my phone for our ceremony music and reception music and one of the people that worked there played it for us had no issue so no need in spending money on an expensive DJ. ( you just have to be sure you have a headphone jack or an adapter for one/ these are cheap I got ours from Walmart the day before for 10 dollars) I can't recommend this chapel enough. Angel's view is the place to go whether you're wanting a bigger wedding or a small elopement package! They are so friendly, helpful & professional. We opted to do a custom plan- 25 guests, photography, and video, 2 hour long reception with finger foods cheese fruits and veggies salsa & chips etc, a beautiful decorated custom 2 tier cake (they put our custom topper on for us that I got from Amazon lol), my bouquet, my husbands boutonnière, our unity candle and memorial candle and I think we ended up spending around 3K on it. Thank you Angel's View!!! *EDIT I also want to add that I originally requested a 40 person guest list. I paid half as a deposit, and then the month before we went ahead and paid the rest- we told them we only had 20 for sure coming so we settled on a 25 person guest list and they lowered the rest of the cost of the wedding- I believe by around 800 dollars! So they do work with you and won't force you to pay for guests that are not going to be there (unless it's within 30 days of the wedding, after the 30 day mark you can't make changes which is perfectly reasonable!) and if more people than expected showed up, you would just pay the fee for that person that day. Again- totally reasonable
