It has only 6 rooms and a nice breakfast room, bar and the one Michelin starred restaurant Urgestein. The rooms are cozy and have a nice bed. The room is fairly basic but nice. It's a hotel without a lift and the rooms are on the second floor with steep narrow staircase. It's a hotel where there is tiny reception and it's closed most of the time until you ring the doorbell. There is also no parking here and there is a car park very close by you can use. I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I would come back here any day.

I stayed here with my parents while on our vacation in Germany. My dad plays in a band that was…read morebooked at the Andescher Bierfest in neighboring Haßloch. The rooms were clean and nicely sized. The hotel was quiet and well kept. The parking lot surrounding can be small, and busy. Particularly if you arrive late/and or have a larger vehicle (like we did, as we had been hauling band gear around). But we found a spot on the street once when the lot was full, so its not a huge issue. They have free wifi throughout which is good, but it can have spotty signals in some rooms. My favorite part about this hotel was the Breakfast you can get on the top floor and the view of the surrounding area. This is the reason they call it the Panorama. The food was pretty good, and they had a nice selection. The view was spectacular, especially from the deck. The breakfast is not included in your room rate, but it was a nice experience so make sure to at least check it out once depending on how long you stay. Star rating mostly based on convenient location in the area, great view and cleanliness.

When asking for directions, the gentleman, walked me outside, pointed me in the right direction and wished me a lovely day. The breakfast (although it is not included) was fresh and tasty. It offered a diverse range of options from fresh bread, cheeses, and meats to fruit, eggs and oatmeal. Staffers brought delicious fresh coffee or cappucino to your table. The large floor to ceiling windows displayed the fountain and foliage in the courtyard. The fitness center was small but incredibly clean and it had top of the line equipment that was easy to use. The room was spacious and had an open floor plan. The closet and shower provided ample room as well, making the experience feel rich and comfortable. The decor was simple, yet modern. To top it all off if you enjoy cute and quaint villages, this is a must. Deidesheim, is a lovely wine village, with several small boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants. It's quiet charm will make you feel at home.
