This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff was INCREDIBLE. The concierge not only spoke perfect English, but they also tried their hardest to make sure you were comfortable and satisfied. When asking for directions, the gentleman, walked me outside, pointed me in the right direction and wished me a lovely day. The breakfast (although it is not included) was fresh and tasty. It offered a diverse range of options from fresh bread, cheeses, and meats to fruit, eggs and oatmeal. Staffers brought delicious fresh coffee or cappucino to your table. The large floor to ceiling windows displayed the fountain and foliage in the courtyard. The fitness center was small but incredibly clean and it had top of the line equipment that was easy to use. The room was spacious and had an open floor plan. The closet and shower provided ample room as well, making the experience feel rich and comfortable. The decor was simple, yet modern. To top it all off if you enjoy cute and quaint villages, this is a must. Deidesheim, is a lovely wine village, with several small boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants. Chic, clean, quiet with sexy shower and comfortable beds. Great amenities but best of all was the service. Tina at the front desk saw to our every need and spoke perfect English!! Would totally recommend especially for westerners!! read more
