She make sure that parents know that they child is her priority. She put parents minds at ease with the care and attention she gives to they children. She'll call your home to make sure her patients are doing well, and she'll be there for them. Dr Lalitha Raguthu called WIC after the Nutritionists at WIC said a child born at 27 wks don't need Formula after 12 months of birth and can be put on whole milk. As a tax payer I was shocked that WIC nutritionist would remove a micro- premature baby off of formula at 12 months against pediatrician recommendations. Dr. Raguthu had spoken to us about what to expect after the delivery and what to expect during his first follow up visit from the hospital even before meeting her newest patient. From the start, she has exuded professional patient care to a personal level that is beyond our expectations. There have been multiple occasions where Dr. Raguthu has taken her time to discuss any concerns about our son's health after hours or on the weekend. Whether on the phone or in person, she has patiently listened to any concerns or questions about our son's and has graciously shared her knowledge by answering or explaining further. Dr. Raguthu is the most caring doctor I have ever seen! I am blessed to have her as my daughter's pediatrician. She always has patience with my daughter Amelia, who is one year old and had a strong mind of her own. She takes time to answer all of my silly "first time mom" questions. She asks questions about social & learning progress and is very observant. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes, even for a sick visit. Dr. Raguthu is the best doctor I ever met. She is very kind and acts quickly when it is needed to treat her patient. Once she came to her office on a Saturday just to treat my son. Not only that if you leave her a message during after hours and/or weekend she will get back to you ASAP and prescribes the required medicine after carefully diagnosing them. Tendercare Pediatrics has been our kids PCP for the past 7 years and Dr. Raguthu has been attending my daughters aged 3 and 7 for the past couple of years. They provide same-day appointments/walk-ins and there is hardly any wait time. The office staff is very professional and their facility is very clean and child-friendly. I have been bringing my children here since I moved to this area. I have never had any issues with staff or waiting. The previous doctor there was okay but their new Dr and staff have been amazing.
