However he is retired and now only works one day a week and unfortunately I never get to see him. And the new office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have had 2 knee replacements and my Dr. told me before I have my teeth cleaned I need to take amoxicillin 4 hours before, I have never had a problem with Dr. Jagger calling it in for me, but this new team of Dr.'s won't call it in until the day of my appointment which is bizarre because I work 40 minutes away from the office and I need it at least the night before. I don't have time to leave work and stop at CVS to pick up my medicine and take it on my way to the dental office (would not be 4 hours before) I am so tired of fighting with these new people that after 40 plus years, me my daughter and my son will be looking for a new dentist. I would NOT recommend going there now that Dr. Jagger is no longer running the place, I am so sorry to see him go but even he has the right to retire and enjoy his life, it's just a real shame that the corporation who bought him out doesn't have Dr. Jagger's same type of ethics. Didn't explain all the risks associated with a dental implant procedure, lack of long term data and that most people experience some sort of complications at some point later in life after having an implant. I now have to deal with a missing tooth, and all because he does not want to treat your teeth, he just wants to place implants. Run from this office. Sooner or later you will be sold and implant as a panacea for all your problems.
