I brought the chair in on Saturday morning and had it back on Monday morning. Not only did Mobility, Etc. fix the wires, they used some clever attachments to help avoid the pulling of wires during folding and unfolding in the future. They have all been so patient with so many issues we have had with private contractors and have waited patiently for us to make room for the lifts and installation.
