We didn't try the pizza, so no comment there. Once Ten20 gets established, it'll be the Starbucks of breweries. There's a large open area with multiple screens and comfortable couches & lounge chairs. Essentially, conversation pits. The beer's good, you're sure to find a few you like. The food is probably a work in progress, but once word gets out, Ten20 Craft Brewery will be a New Albany hot spot.

We paid for parking in advance, showed the receipt to the attendant with no issue. This past week we get an official "ticket" in the mail demanding a fine because they say we didn't pay. Sent them a copy of the credit card statement showing we did pay but they won't accept it. They have thousands of complaints on various websites for the same issues. Be careful parking there.

I was at the Louisville Ballet's spring recital for their youth programs this afternoon. Probably…read more700 parents, grandparents, siblings and other family and friends come to see 4 to 18 year old dancers perform, most sporting flower bouquets for "Their" dancer. There is some street parking but the garage is located directly behind the theater with a catwalk on the second level that takes you directly into the theater. I equated the 3-4 year old little girl dance routines to t-ball for little boys. Most don't have a clue about their routine but still get dressed up, head out on stage and dance to their hearts content. Like T-ball it's pretty funny. Then the older girls who probably started out as toddlers and have persevered through years of practice are pretty impressive. Costumes are fun, good music and an excited audience to see your person on stage at the Brown theater. Viewing the building itself is worth a visit. They typically have a bar or two set up but not for this matinee. They were selling food, chips, candy, sodas and bottled water, hot pretzels, hot dogs, etc. But what I don't get is you can't take the food inside the theater. So why sell it? Drinks are allowed inside the theater. Just a cool theater, fun afternoon for family and the dancers.

A food truck, My Three Sons, is a permanent truck at the spot so you have food options and don't need to leave. Several patio tables and literally a field to brainstorm events here - while we visited there was yoga and a DJ, plus I've seen promotions for trivia on their social pages. Follow them to keep updated. Family friendly, which is a plus for us. We have two teens and love introducing them to Louisville's local spots.

Upstairs is a large room for warm ups, stretching, and tables for food and refreshments. Visitors welcomed and no entry fee. Plenty of parking in the shared shopping center.

What a find. We met Marti to look at the space - downstairs is a fairly large, relaxed m, open-air space replete with lots of picnic tables, fire pits and games (putt-putt, large Jenna, Connect 4, etc). There was a covered area that sports a bar set-up and plenty of space for the catering. Two bathrooms and a space for prep work. A sound system you can Blue-tooth into and tv's to show videos. There is an upstairs area, very similar but inside. The two spaces are separate but, for a small fee, the Greenhouse will hold the upstairs in case of inclement weather - we did this. Marti was great. She help us thru the entire process, kept us informed and worked with us on getting everything ready for the party. We had a great time. Everything came together and everyone had great time. We received many compliments on the venue. And, another great thing, it's in the East End but only 20-25 minutes from anywhere. I highly recommend The Greenhouse at Zeppa for your next outing. Perfect for Birthdays, Family get together, Graduation and the like.
