I recently needed transportation from Crown Heights to Long Island on two consecutive days, and…read morethis being the car service closest to my place I decided to give it a try. The person on the phone was very knowledgeable, quoted me a reasonable price, predicted time of travel for that time of the day, and told me to call just a few minutes in advance the morning when I needed car service. He also told me that they accept credit cards. The morning when I needed the car, I had to call twice since the car showed up ten minutes late. The car was clean, the interior a bit on the small size. The driver didn't know how to get to where I needed to go, and didn't have a navigation system. Luckily I had printed out the directions with me. The ride was smooth and we reached destination faster than expected. I wanted to pay by CC, as I originally mentioned to the dispatcher on the phone, but the driver said he needed to call the office and asked. I just paid cash and asked for a receipt. The day after, I hesitated before calling them again, but decided to give them a second chance. This time the car showed up on time, the car was much bigger and more comfortable, and even know he didn't know how to get there the driver had a navigation system with him. Just like the day before, the ride was smooth and faster than expected. I paid cash without asking whether I could pay by CC. I would not hesitate to recommend Monaco Car Service for local and/or airport service. If you need to go a bit out of the way, just have directions on hand. Also, be prepared to pay cash.

Once my driver John arrived (promptly at 6:15am) he patiently waited for me (without honking) outside of my building... you would be surprised at how often and for how long drivers will honk a horn on a residential block in this town. John greeted me pleasantly took my bags and opened the door for me. The car was a sparkling clean Black Suburban. Best of all, he took me on the most direct route to Laguardia Airport. After getting there in record time checking in and on my way through security, I realized that I accidentally left my cellphone in the backseat! AHHH!! But I got in touch with the dispatcher and wouldn't you know, John jovially drove ALL THE WAY back to the airport to give me my phone in time for me to comfortably make my flight in time!? I *cannot* recommend this car service any more highly. From a Native New Yorker, they truly are an affordable best of the best.

Pakman Luxury Limousine is a great car service…read more   I used the service in November.  Scheduling with Ali was easy.  He even sent a reminder close to the date.  This gave me peace of mind that I was still on the schedule and the details of the trip were correct.  Ali was also in touch during the trip to make sure that all was going well. My drive, Irtaza Chaudhry, arrived early.  He was great - courteous and professional. His vehicle was luxurious.  On our way to JFK airport we encountered a major back up caused by the closure of the Belt Parkway.  Irtaza was calm and very resourceful.  He is an excellent driver.  I made it to the airport in plenty of time to check in for the flight, grateful that, when scheduling and discussing with Ali,  we had allowed plenty to travel to the airport. Thank you Pakman.  If the opportunity presents itself, I will use your car service again and recommend it to others.

Sort of like your own personal or almost personal giant cab ride into the city for 1/5 of the price of an Uber ride. I took this years ago around Christmas time just carrying many packages I told the driver I needed to go to Lindenwood and was carrying this somewhat large video game chair. Holiday time the ride is definitely longer, the ride just took me about 50 mins in the afternoon in July to get to 34th Street and Lexington Avenue. In the mornings, I am sure it is more of a hassle to get to work in the city. Will be more willing to take this into the city or home when I am here in Queens, N.Y., each trip would be different based on the driver and / or super heavy traffic. As of July 2019, they do not seem to take coins as payment anymore so that kind of sucks but just bring your Metrocard with some money on it and enjoy the Stagecoach.
