I have become an avid fan of Japanese food in the last year. Even though I hate sushi and the thought of seafood makes me want to gag I have a severe weakness for Japanese teppanyaki restaurants. So when a friend told me about Ten and described it as "AMAZING" I had to check it out for myself - being the self appointed teppanyaki expert I am. I was definitely not disappointed. As my boyfriend so accurately described it Ten is a Japanese restaurant with white man portions. The entrée salad and miso soup were significantly larger than anywhere else I've been and the main course was pretty much huge. So a word of warning make sure you turn up with an empty stomach! Size aside - the food was perfect and the staff were very welcoming. The waitress was almost excessively sweet and the main chef had some serious swag!
