My mouth waters as I try to describe the taste sensations you will experience at Issan, some favorites of mine are Pad Priew Waan Pla which you can have mild or hot, which is Gurnard fillet in a stir fry with a lovely sweet and sour sauce accompanied by pineapple, tomatoes and cucumber or Gang Dang Goong, a spicy hot tiger prawn in coconut milk, and red curry with lychee. I once even remember thinking how I loved the sort of spicy tang it had to it. Other times it has been just good and nothing that warrants capital letters. Either way it's very enjoyable.
