I scheduled vehicle transportation three weeks in advance. Before booking, they bombarded me with nonstop phone calls and texts. Once they had my business, the communication completely stopped. I initially spoke with a woman named Kay and stayed in contact with her daily--sometimes multiple times a day. After confirming everything and providing all required information, I was told I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. That never happened. No email, no call, no text. A week before the scheduled pickup, I started calling daily. Every time I was told that only Kay could help me because she was "handling my account" and that she would call me back. She never did. Today is Friday, 1/2/26, the very first day of my scheduled pickup window (1/2-1/4), and I still had zero contact from the company. When I called again, I got the same excuse--that Kay would call me back. I refused to wait and demanded to speak with a manager. After being put on hold, a man answered and immediately interrupted me, saying he didn't understand why I was on the line and that he was holding to speak with a manager because his car was scheduled for pickup today and nothing had been confirme. Apparently, my call had somehow been crossed. I had to call back again. I was finally transferred to a manager named Leiza, who admitted my information was in the system but no truck was available. She also stated that I was the fourth person she spoke with that day experiencing the same issue. That alone says everything. She told me she would "do her best" but didn't want to mislead me--and that if she did find a driver, it wouldn't be until next week, completely outside my scheduled window. Tempus Logix transported a brand new truck for me. It was my son's first truck. Tempus Logix hired a carrier that did over $10,000 in damages to the truck in transport. Tempus Logix agreed they damaged the vehicle but carries no insurance for damaged vehicles and refused to pay for the damage to my truck. They said it was the drivers fault for not having insurance although they hired the uninsured driver. The driver and Tempus Logix accepted fault but refused do pay for the damages. I strongly suggest you not use this company. They don't make sure your vehicle is insured and they won't pay if they destroy it. read more

They were 3 days later than agreed on picking up the vehicle, they said it would still be delivered on time. Then they were 3 days late delivering. I asked about a discount for this as I had to call off work etc. They said they would call me back and ofcourse never did. This was an operable street bike from central PA to north FL, 950 miles. TL was my second broker, as the first ran out the 5 business days w/o finding a carrier. Citizen Shipper relisted the bike due to this. It took TL 3 business days to get a carrier (Topgear Transportation LLC from NJ), and he picked it up that same evening. He communicated with the seller to make sure the time was good. This was a dually truck with an enclosed triple axle trailer. TL said 2 days to arrive, and they were correct. The driver communicated with me as to the arrival time and was within 30 minutes of his day prior estimate. No complaints. The bike was properly secured, and he had taken the bags and trunk off for transport. No damage to anything was found. TL did this for hundreds less than most other brokers. While my first experience left me skeptical as to getting this done so far under "market price", TL came through and did what they said they'd do with no added fees. The whole car shipping process is so dodgy and the 5 stars is for the broker and definitely not the overall experience. There were issues with the transporters/drivers. First assigned driver would only pickup the car if I agreed to pay an extra $400 on delivery. Second transporter had poor communication from the driver on both pickup and misleading information on drop off times. That said, Tempus Logic as a broker did a good job and were always available on the phone and providing updates. Their quote was competitive and the car was delivered undamaged by the transporter. Not only did Tempus Logix provide the best price (which has been a curse in the past working with other brokers as I have gone through "bait & switch" on pricing multiple times) but every part of the plan worked exactly as promised. They contracted a terrible driver through another company and that driver shattered our sunroof while transporting our car and never paid the $2500 deductible required by their insurance company, leaving us $2500 down. I had a limited budget, so I contacted Jessica, a customer service specialist at Tempus Logix, to see if they could accommodate my budget for moving my SUV to another state. She checked with her manager and quickly got back to me, agreeing to support my price. She sent a detailed email to confirm: The first available pickup date. Pickup information. Delivery information. Contact point. Available delivery hours and weekend pickup and drop-off availability. Vehicle condition -- whether operable or not, and if the key was available, etc. Requested service type -- Enclosed Transport or Open Transport. Payment method for the remaining balance -- Cash or Credit. (I was asked to choose my preferred option.) They were quite flexible in allowing me to choose the payment type. Extra parts, equipment, or personal items allowed, up to 100 lbs. When the carrier was confirmed, the driver called me to confirm the estimated time. Upon arrival, he took many photos to document the vehicle's condition. Jessica called me a few times to update me on the status and inquire if everything was proceeding smoothly. Before receiving my car, the driver called me several times to confirm the appointment time. I finally received my car in the other state; it was in good, clean condition, much better than what I had experienced with another company previously. Jessica was very attentive to customer service. Starting this review with a note that the "customer service" agent Michael A. at Tempest Logix emailed me "If you choose to leave a negative review based on this incident, we believe it would be considered one of the most unfair negative ratings we have ever received." Let's talk about what is unfair...BEWARE ... It seems if there is any sort of dispute they ARE GOING TO SIDE WITH THE DRIVER (EVEN IF THE DRIVER HAS BREACHED HIS CONTRACT). This was the 2nd time I used Tempus Logix to ship my car and this recent experience was horrible. My car was shipped on 5/27 with an estimated delivery time of 6/7. I have an App that tracks my Lexus, so I could see that the car arrived in Springfield, MA (approx. 30 minutes from its final destination) on Friday, June 2nd. I understand that according to my contract, the car was not expected to arrive until June 7th, but I contacted the driver on Saturday(6/3) to see if I could expect it sooner. I received a call back at 12pm PT on Saturday (whom I assumed was someone from Tempus Logix) and was told they were sorry, but the driver could not deliver the car on Saturday, but that the car would be delivered on Monday (6/5). We had to pay someone to wait at the house on Monday for the car (due to work conflicts). Meanwhile, we could see on the app that the car was taken from Springfield to Boston and back on Monday (about 200 miles round-trip in the opposite direction from its final destination), with indications on my App that the car had been moved multiple times during this process since we had gotten notifications that the doors had been opened and closed multiple times during its trip to Boston and back. It is now Tuesday and we have not heard a thing from Tempus Logix. I called at 9:03am to check on the progress of the car (which I can see is back in Springfield, MA). I was told they were going to get ahold of the driver and let me know the status. Without getting into too much detail, several back-and-forth calls later we were told the car would arrive on Wednesday (6/7) between 12pm-1pm. Again, we had to pay someone to stay at the house and wait for the car. Well, the car did not arrive between 12pm and 1pm. So, we called and were told it would be there between 2-4pm. It did not show up during that time, so we were told it would be there between 7-8 pm. When it did not arrive during that time, we were told it would be there between 8-9pm. The car finally arrived at 9:30pm. My complaints went in circles with Michael A. "Customer Service" at Tempus Logix, who said at one point that it was a breach of contract for the driver to deliver the car after work hours. Then later I was told, "The thing is that we can not ask for compensation from the carrier for this, because they delivered during the day they promised." REALLY?! Tempus Logix offered me $100 credit toward another transport - ARE YOU KDDING ME? I WILL NEVER USE Tempus Logix again to transport my car! read more

Needed my car shipped from Florida to California. They offered some of the best pricing I could find! Their team will text and call you with updates and are extremely responsive when you have questions. I personally did not have any problems. For a regular size vehicle, they require a $179 deposit to create an order, then $175 in order for them to move forward and to physically pick up your vehicle. I believe if you don't pay this on time, they will NOT pick up your vehicle so you'll need to stay on top of that. However they will send you text messages and emails to remind you of this. You'll end up needing to pay the rest of the balance either in cash or Zelle directly to the driver. (I used Zelle as it felt more secure). Tempus Logix worked with me to move 2 cars about 600 miles. This has been a project that I've needed to do for awhile and kept putting off. Tempus made is very easy to get this done. The other thing that was really helpful was how easy it was to work with the transporter. They had to pick up from 2 different locations and be able to get the cars started. We knew they both worked but hadn't been run in awhile. There was no problem. The delivery was made in less than one day from time of pickup. In addition, both cars made it without any damage or other problems. I will use Tempus again if I need to move cars. This trucking company delivered a car to my house from Washington State. They delayed a couple times. The car upon delivery had codes showing on the dashboard. The driver was friendly, but the company itself just a poor aggregator on top of individually owned trucks, without much value add. They did not respond to me. However, when setting up my release date I was given miss information on how the shipment is setup. This cause my car to be two days late from its original last day of arrival (I had give them roughly a 2 week window to pick up/deliver). Then on top of that the truck broke down and cause the shipment to be another two days late. Tempus did not give me correct guidance the way I setup my quote after repeatedly calling them when setting it up. Worst shipping company, DON'T USE!!!. I contracted with them through Uship. They agreed to ship my 2020 GMC Denali, and would be picked up between 6/11 and 6/16 and be shipped to me. Got a phone call on 6/16 and was told needed more time. The problem was they were not offering enough money, on central dispatch, to the actually companies looking for loads. I ended up telling them I will find a actual carrier myself, which I did. Got a call from them on 7/8, almost one month after the fact, saying we can get your car shipped now.
