Weeks later my child's tooth had rotted and decayed from the inside, requiring an extraction. This is a permanent tooth that my child will never get back. When I confronted Dr. Milazzo about this, he lost his temper at me and blamed me for not taking better care of my child's teeth and that the rotting was my fault, despite him acknowledging that he did not clean it out himself first. It is standard procedure for dentists to clean out cavities before filling; no dentist I have met expects the parent to clean out their child's cavity first.

I ventured on my smile journey during COVID. On my path I have been surrounded by dedicated staff, and doctors. Each professional I have encountered at Greenwich Dental Group, made me feel comfortable, at ease, and welcomed. For starters, I have a needle phobia, which sadly inclines me to become a nervous patient. Dr. Zadik is not only zen, and sympathetic to my situation - he patiently talks me through every process, explains what he is doing throughout all procedures, and checks in regarding if I need a break. Then proceeded to ask me why I'm here if I did not bring a physical CD of my CT SCAN, although I spoke to front desk over the phone and they said to email it and then when I got there to check in, I confirmed again if my imaging was ok and the lady at the front desk said yes. Dr. Edibam said that's not possible that his staff didn't say that and said I'm lying. He then proceeded to yell at me saying there's nothing wrong with me and he can't do anything. Then I explained my symptoms and he said everyone else has the same symptoms. He then laughed at me and said "you were born this way, what do you want me to do?" And I started crying and looked to the medical assistant who was a young female who looked away while standing behind me. I asked her why she is letting the doctor speak to me this way and asked if she was a woman also. She proceeded to leave the room and block the door. I felt very unsafe and he charged me for the visit anyways and when I called to take it off the lady at the front desk said no. Please do not go here. Especially if you're a young female. I'm a young back women and I'm not sure if that's why he was triggered and bullied me as a doctor in the visit. If you are going to go, being your parents or someone Who is able to oversee and step up for you. I reported Dr. Edibam to the state medical board and submitted an investigation with my dental insurance. I don't wish for anyone else to go through this, especially if it was bias or racist.

I was in lot of pain as two of my wisdom teeth required extraction due to a severe infection. I could not fully open my jaw, and my regular dentist recommended Dr. Yudell. I felt very comfortable and confident after reading his credentials and reviews. Dr. Yudell was amazing from the beginning to the end. The extraction was painless and the recovery after the surgery was fast. I did not feel the need for pain killers after the procedure. The staff was very helpful and courteous; they also deserve 5 stars. I had called the office to make the initial appointment ASAP, as I was in lot of pain for three weeks. Although they did not have an immediate opening on such short notice, they accommodated me. An excellent team.
