I look for a spiritual experience that will also move my body toward it's best. I always want to be learning. The best yoga experiences are where there's no judgment, everyone is made to feel welcome and accepted no matter where they're at in their yoga practice and lives. When I walk into Lipa it just feels good and I know it's going to be the best part of my day. I leave feeling refreshed and grounded. The teachers are exceptional. Everyone is kind. Having just moved back to Wisconsin after 30 years in California I was surprised and delighted to find a studio like Lipa. I feel at home. The studio is very clean, the energy is calm and light. We had the place to ourselves. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! My son's even commented "that was pretty cool mom" and they continued to practice the moves. We had been doing a lot of biking and hiking the previous days and I was really sore. The next morning I woke up feeling FANTASTIC! If we lived in the area, I would have signed us up.
