Nice place to visit but the owner is not friendly. I spent probably good one hour and the whole time she was acting like she couldn't wait for me to leave. I mean, I drop $140 dollars in her store, least she could do at least pretend to be engaged and involve herself with those who pays her bills. If you don't care about customer service and just in and out, it's fine to go, but if you're gonna spend some serious cash in 20 or less variety store, look elsewhere. There are Lavender Farm in Valley Center with a little store and they make all their lavender product on the property, including growing own lavender. Btw, Incense is too strong with very strong chemical odor. Not sure if they use natural lavender oil or cheap chemicals. If you're allergic to "petroleum" weird smells, please consider alternatives. read more

This place is great! Recently moved to the area + a new outlook on the products we use and invest, I was excited to see this place on the main drag in Old Town when we had a date night. I came by during the week around 3pm. One lady behind the counter, nice but wasn't over bearing. Overheard another shopper commenting loudly about the non local items and I think that annoyed the associate. She just let people shop and answered all of my questions every time I approached the counter. Don't get me wrong, she was nice, I just think the rude customer making unwanted remarks may have irked her right before I walked in. The location is small but very cute. The first room is FILLED with Temecula Soap items. Was able to get a secret Santa gift easily with a $20 budget. The other room has other bath and body ideas as well as cooking items. They aren't the Temecula brand, but they absolutely fit the artisan//body health theme. They also had a wine by Lavende, looks local and really interested in buying that next time. Check out was easy and the associate offered gift wrapping that matches the purple and natural colored theme of the shop. Definitely returning for many gifts in the future. Highly suggest. read more

I love love love the lavender hand wash and even got my mom addicted to the hand wash. During the lockdown she ran out of soap the last week and was super upset she couldn't get any lavender soap because she liked the way it made her hands feel soft. I'm not telling her that I'm going to get her the body wash for her to get addicted to also! She drove from Fullerton to Temecula just to get soap. That's the dedication we have when we love something. I'm glad we stocked up early to make sure we didn't have to suffer with a soap shortage. The staff is great! She took the time to walk around the store to tell me what kind of items they had and even sent me pictures! The store was filled with a wide variety of exceptional items. She helped with ideas of things that would go together, and together we came up with the perfect Mother's Day gift bag. Not only did she go out of her way to help me shop, she even hand-delivered the gift to my mom's doorstep on her drive home that day! Needless to say, my mom was elated and I was extremely grateful. My friend invited me to tour the actual Lavender farm where they get their product. It's an actual family farm, minutes away from the store front. They just started doing tours, and we loved it. The owner was great very friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of Lavender plants. When we first arrived, they offered us Lavender Lemonade and Lavender cookies, super awesome. We had a great time, and it smelled amazing, and after we purchased Lavender oils, and satchels. Even better, many wineries are just down the street! read more

Horrible customer service!!! Some of my family decided to stop by one day on there way to visit. They arrived to find the front door locked 30 minutes past the opening time. Times were posted on the door. There was a lady inside who they could see was hiding behind the counter as they knocked and looked into the store. UNBELIEVABLE and I am embarrassed for the owner of this store. My family would have spent quite a bit with you, but I persuaded them to go elsewhere. I am all for supporting small business, but if you don't want the business that's on you! Especially in the times we are living through right now. I am glad your establishment is so well off that you don't need to open your doors at the posted time and you can afford to have your staff or even yourself for that matter hiding from customers. Went today with the wife and a friend of ours taking her one and only summer excursion this year. We walked up an down Front Street in Old Towne Temecula and one of our stops was the Lavender Company, which is only a short walk north from the large antique store, always a favorite. Needless to say the aroma in the store is intoxicating and we couldn't leave without buying a couple of lavender sachets for our linen closet. I was pretty impressed that such a small store could hold such variety and I liked the soaps and bath items like bath brushes and loofas, but didn't get any this time around. Prices are reasonable and I think I spent a whopping $7.56 including tax and couldn't be happier! Many other products to see and try. read more

If you love Lavender then you must stop here. I'm an aromatherapy addict. I picked up a gift basket for my sister. They wrapped it up with grass, cute ribbons and straw basket. I bought her a lavender sachet, body lotion and lip balm. I went back a second time for myself. I bought a lavender sachet which I keep in my car door. When I walked in, the owner Jan greeted me and walked me through which products would work best in a gift basket. Bein a Guy, I don't even know what lavender is, let alone what someone would appreciate however Jan, with her friendliness and patience, helped me pick the best items and then proceeded to build this beautiful basket that anyone would LOVE to get as a gift. Can't wait to present it this weekend at our friend's party. They sell all kinds of lavender made products that are all made local. The quality of their products are amazing. I use their lotion and shampoo and I love how it feels on my body. This place offers a nice variety of locally made lavender products beyond the standard "soap and sache"-type of things that you would expect to see (lavender pepper to cook with, for example!). But... the store is tiny!!! It gets difficult to navigate the two small rooms that make up the shop if there's more than 5 or so people in there at a time. And when you can't see or get to the products easily, it's hard to shop. All in all though, it's a nice addition to Front Street, and a good place to buy local gifts (or something for yourself if you're a fan of the lavender scent!). read more

Upon entering you are smacked in the face with the scent of lavender. Ahh!! I kept missing this place and when I finally had time I convinced my husband to take us here. I am happy that this is close to home and that when I want to get more lavender bouquets, I won't have to go too far. The store is small, and that's an understatement, I wish the folks who were in there having a conversation in the middle of the store could have grasped that concept, instead of having to say "excuse me" a million times. This is definitely a spot where you have to keep moving. I ended up picking up a bouquet, lip balm, and a sachet. Our car smelled like lavender the rest of the day and it was relaxing and soothing. Love the variety of beauty products and decorations. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There are several combinations of lavender based products. I have extremely sensitive skin and a history of allergies. All of these products are superb in quality and far exceeded my skin care needs. Never had any allergic reactions to these products. I use to be an uncontrolled type two diabetic and these products were a true God sent when I first moved to Temecula. I still use the products quite regularly. I like variety so I change it up. Since I have reversed this scary disease. The decorations are darling. I love supporting family based business and artists. I especially love the mini art painted canvases and homemade cards.
