Well let me first start off by saying that if I could give this a "no star" I would. I purchased a…read morestandard car starter for my mother for Christmas this year. When I went to Soundafex to pay for the starter the girl whom I was dealing with asked me the make, model, and what type of transmission the car was. I gave her all the information and when I paid for the starter I was sure to ask if the price included installation. She told me that everything was paid for and all my mother had to do was bring the receipt to show this. The initial appt to have the car starter installed was cancelled due to a snow storm. My mother called back to try to reschedule but all she got was the run around. She finally managed to get an appt into February. When she took her car to Soundafex to have the starter installed they wanted to charge her an extra $50 + tax. They explained that this extra charge was due to the fact that the car was a standard. This didn't make any sense because I PAID for a standard car starter plus installation. She was told that the appt would take 3 hrs.....5.5 hrs later she still didn't get a call. At this time she had to go to work and get someone else to pick up her car but Soundafex wouldn't give the car over unless this "extra charge" was paid. She called them and the guy she spoke with on the phone was EXTREMELY rude saying, "how many times do you need to be told that there is an extra charge"? I spent almost $400 on a standard car starter and the customer service at Soundafex is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It seems that once they had my money they didn't give a shit. I will NEVER purchase anything from Soundafex again. If you want car starters go to Three Amigos or Future Shop. This store could really use a lesson on proper Customer Serivce.

Absolute crooks. They lie( by omission of truth). I talked to a Rep about their new Internet…read morepromotion. This was at noon time. It sounded like a great deal 65.00 for ultimate unlimited Internet. So by 4 pm I get a confirmation email to which I find out this price iss for 1 month only and then goes up to 100. Thereafter. So I spent 90 minutes trying to call Rogers to say don't sent out the modem I actually do not want this service as I was not told the truth about how the promotion worked and was not going to change ge my provider to be paying the same price. So during this time of trying to call I get an email from FedEx saying my parcel has shipped. I tell the Rep on the phone to cancel to shipment that I do t want this service and am not paying g for anything it was 4 hrs total. Imad assured me I would not have to pay anything and sent me a return packing g label incase it was sent to me. So after that I get a co fir.ationemail that my service which I never ever got was canceled and the bill will follow. So this is how Rogers is getting business. Lie to customers and charge them money for no reason at all. It's almost like extortion as if you don't pay they put you in collections and ruin your credit history. So byers beware of Rogers theory are dishonest and disceiful and will do anything for a buck.
