Well let me first start off by saying that if I could give this a "no star" I would. I purchased a…read morestandard car starter for my mother for Christmas this year. When I went to Soundafex to pay for the starter the girl whom I was dealing with asked me the make, model, and what type of transmission the car was. I gave her all the information and when I paid for the starter I was sure to ask if the price included installation. She told me that everything was paid for and all my mother had to do was bring the receipt to show this. The initial appt to have the car starter installed was cancelled due to a snow storm. My mother called back to try to reschedule but all she got was the run around. She finally managed to get an appt into February. When she took her car to Soundafex to have the starter installed they wanted to charge her an extra $50 + tax. They explained that this extra charge was due to the fact that the car was a standard. This didn't make any sense because I PAID for a standard car starter plus installation. She was told that the appt would take 3 hrs.....5.5 hrs later she still didn't get a call. At this time she had to go to work and get someone else to pick up her car but Soundafex wouldn't give the car over unless this "extra charge" was paid. She called them and the guy she spoke with on the phone was EXTREMELY rude saying, "how many times do you need to be told that there is an extra charge"? I spent almost $400 on a standard car starter and the customer service at Soundafex is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It seems that once they had my money they didn't give a shit. I will NEVER purchase anything from Soundafex again. If you want car starters go to Three Amigos or Future Shop. This store could really use a lesson on proper Customer Serivce.

It sounded like a great deal 65.00 for ultimate unlimited Internet. So by 4 pm I get a confirmation email to which I find out this price iss for 1 month only and then goes up to 100. Thereafter. So I spent 90 minutes trying to call Rogers to say don't sent out the modem I actually do not want this service as I was not told the truth about how the promotion worked and was not going to change ge my provider to be paying the same price. So during this time of trying to call I get an email from FedEx saying my parcel has shipped. I tell the Rep on the phone to cancel to shipment that I do t want this service and am not paying g for anything it was 4 hrs total. Imad assured me I would not have to pay anything and sent me a return packing g label incase it was sent to me. So after that I get a co fir.ationemail that my service which I never ever got was canceled and the bill will follow. So this is how Rogers is getting business. Lie to customers and charge them money for no reason at all. It's almost like extortion as if you don't pay they put you in collections and ruin your credit history. So byers beware of Rogers theory are dishonest and disceiful and will do anything for a buck.

After dealing with a gentleman from TELUS (Andre) I realized how long it had been since I had an issue with any business where I truly felt listened to and understood It has been a very long time. I understand that today there are Scripts that people must follow when they're working for any business and I understand that but this gentleman was different . I knew within five minutes that he was really listening to my problem and he was explaining the situation to me as well as taking the time to find out the answers he wasn't sure of from his superior. The issue itself doesn't matter but what shocked me was after about ten minutes I realized Weather it went my way or not I completely trusted this man did all he could and I would accept graciously. Our world needs people like this young man TELUS I don't know if you have a Human Resources Department But this gentleman should be in charge of that department We tend to write more complaints then complements so I wanted to take the time to share this compliment and I hope all in charge at TELUS realize what they have in this young man and give him a promotion or a raise or both . Again HR is where he belongs Thank You Andre This was not the TELUS Store but a service centre and not Telus but the worker Andre I am complimenting Jeannie Stone

Before my husband retired he owned a very successful business I learned from him that your business is a great deal about word of mouth and a persons livelihood hangs in the balance but I am frustrated disgusted and baffled We have been trying to straighten out our Telus mobility services for over 3 months! This will be our 3rd bill over 550$ dollars As a retired couple this is not ok! The world has gone completely in a technological direction we get that ! We are old but appreciate all the advances in technology but I can't get an actual person on the phone without hours of trying !! They turned our account into a consulting business and they said that would take care of all these extra charges and today they can't discuss or open the account because it is a business It is not a business! They made it a business and now can't open the account!!! Yet open it enough to charge us Am I being punked??? Or my generation on candid camera ?? If not this wonderful technology will be thrown over the bank and through the window If this was a one time thing maybe but 3 months and NO ONE can discuss this I feel like I am trying to discuss classified material above my clearance yet our bill I tend to use humour in my life to get through difficult situations but this has no up side I took an hour to finally get through to I thought a person but a machine told me they would try to call back in an hour or so or I can fix it on line Well not block for a business we don't have and no blank for real person help!!! Now I understand why people are going off the grid it is off the grid or out of your mind I am not enjoying the latter!! Jeannie and Joe Stone PS only one star instead of minus three because technology will not let me post until I give a star!!!!
