I joined Diallog but had to change internet providers a few months later. The CRTC states internet…read moreservice providers must refund any unearned money from the date the customer requests cancellation until the end of the billing term if paid in advance but Diallog's terms state they must be given 30 days notice. As such they tried to keep the money I had paid until the end of the billing cycle. They also did not return the modem deposit I paid. I filed a complaint with CCTS (the investigative branch of the CRTC for complaints) and after the CCTS investigated Diallog agreed to pay me the unearned money back and modem deposit provided I returned the modem, which I already had returned two months previously (and someone from Diallog had signed for the return). Diallog knows they have to return any money from the date of cancellation requested by the customer to the end of the billing cycle if the customer paid for the entire cycle in advance but they try to get out of it by saying their terms require 30 days notice. This amounts to theft in my opinion and I believe them to be very disreputable. Their tech support is also non existent unless it is during normal business hours. Save yourself headaches and go with another provider.

He helped me to navigate all the menus and get my sound connected perfectly. As he was packing up I noticed that my thermostat was on a strange part of the wall and said something in passing about it. He went to work on it right away and moved it to a way more appropriate place on the wall. And he did it all for such a fair price. Crazy that there aren't more reviews on here.
