The very next day Vangy called me to say that she had received my application, and made sure I understood all of the details and that I had chosen the best plan to fit my needs. Two days later she called again: she had received my phone, organized for pickup, and got me a nice deal too! She was a life saver to me because I had misunderstood part of the online form, and would have ended up paying a lot more than I expected had she not gone over everything with me on the phone.
