Shame on me for not asking, but shame on the shop for not letting me know that it would be a month before they could get to my vehicle. At that point, I would have been able to make a better decision and expectations would have been set. To add to the matter, getting a hold of them was not an easy task and getting a response was just as difficult. They lost my business and they've lost my neighbors business as I cannot in good faith recommend this place due to my experience.
