It was about 100 degrees and sunny the day I moved, and one of the guys was actually running up and down the ramp into the moving truck. This is important considering that Marshall charges by the hour - so they were not trying to charge me extra by moving slowly. I stopped him and asked him to slow down and told him that gravel hit my truck. He rolled his eyes and huffed then took off. He made a circle and decided to fly by us again. This time I made a formal complaint to the office because not only was the gravel hitting stuff, but what if someone had their child or someone out there. Instead of apologizing or slowing down or acting like a grown man, he sends me an eviction notice to vacate my storage units immediately. Wow ... what a great human being.

Homeowners Beware!!!!These guys managed a property for a year. I received my property back in very…read morebad condition/horrid condition. One realtor stated it is bad and refused to list it. The second realtor stated that it looked like a foreclosure! The carpet was completely black and the walls were a mess. Mind you I had spent 3k getting this house ready for them to rent. As a result of damages sustained i had to spend close to 5,000 dollars to paint, clean and.place new carpet. They were unapologetic and stated, we cannot stop people from tearing up your house. Louis said, you must be confused about what a property manager does. I am just warning you that if you are a homeowner please think twice before listing your place with this company. All they do is collect money. They provide no oversight of the condition of your home. Military members who have homes to rent look elsewhere
