Some local businesses actually work with Assault Fitness to train their employees on site multiple times a week. Welcoming environment that is encouraging and always challenging! Wednesday's bootcamp are a steal at $10 per class to get your butt completely kicked.

I am so glad to have found this place. The workouts are thoughtfully put together every day and…read morethey are different every time. Zach makes sure everyone is working with good form, which I really appreciate as someone who has had previous injuries at similar "popular name" gyms where they just want you to go fast and do as many reps as possible no matter if you're ready or not. He helps people modify as needed, and no matter the skill level, no one is left behind or stands out - it's true group fitness in that it feels like everyone's in it together, though there is also personal training available as well! It's motivating but not cheesy or gimmicky - something else I really appreciate as an alternative to the big name group fitness gyms. A very friendly atmosphere but no nonsense as well - it's a true challenge every time but somehow we finish. I feel great every time I leave, and I have definitely gotten stronger since I started. The midday workout is great for stress relief and energy during the time of day I need it most. I love this place.

This place has changed over the years. Employees used to be cleaning frequently and walking around…read morethe floor. Now it's more of a social fest at the front where's sometimes a group of 5 behind the counter gabbing with each other. I've nearly tripped on bags on the ground that are supposedly not allowed but I've never seen any enforcement against them. I come here very often to do a mixture of cardio on some days and weights on other days. It's usually good to come before 3:00 p.m. After that, it gets busy! Depends on the time of year but it definitely gets busier and busier as the afternoon goes on. And in the summer time, throngs of teenagers! Literally throngs and throngs everywhere. I get it, they're there to be social and I'm glad they're being serious about their health. But when there's five guys around a machine, it gets a little bit intimidating. One thing I really have to give points to this place for is that the locker rooms are always top notch. They seem to always be clean and there's plenty of room to spread out. The shower spaces have adjacent changing areas so you don't have to worry about leaving your stuff elsewhere or walking to your locker in a towel. It can stay safe next to the shower. There's also a nice changing room as well if you want to get some nice mirror pics of yourself. Please don't do the mirror pics in the general locker area as it's pretty rude to do that. One last note, great stretching areas here! Lots and lots of room. Probably one of the best Planet Fitness locations in the country when it comes to having lots of space in the stretching, ab, 30 minute workout, and PF360 area. Highly recommended for that!

I've been looking to try something new. Normally, I'm a spin class regular, but lately I've found…read moremyself frustrated that I wasn't incorporating ANY resistance training into my routine. When I arrived for my class, I was instantly greeted (by NAME) by a super friendly employee. For your first visit, you're asked to come 30 minutes early for paperwork and to talk to them about your fitness goals. I felt comfortable and welcome right away and there and even the other class attendees felt welcoming and inclusive. The class was difficult but super do-able (for any fitness level). Everything was "at your own pace" but the pressure of any class environment makes you push yourself just a little harder. You also wear a heart monitor during the class to track what "zone" you are in (with a goal of maximizing your time in the orange zone). The sensor that was given to me didn't seem to be working for the first half of the class. The staff popped in and gave me a replacement sensor which really seemed to pick up my heart rate once I was on the treadmill (I blew right past the orange zone and stayed in the red zone for the majority of the time). The problem with the sensor was definitely annoying, but the staff offered me a free class, you can tell that they're not afraid to own a problem and make it right. I left Orangetheory dripping in sweat and feeling awesome and ready to tackle the day. I'll definitely be back to get my sweat on and try another workout!

Not the biggest fan of this studio, while they have a lot of class times (which is appreciated)…read morethey had the most nasty, foul, explicit music playlist I have ever heard. If you like working out to the F word, S word, and N word (disrespecting minorities), then come here. Whoever greenlighted this idea and thought it was professional and a good idea has questionable judgement. Do you think more mature people or christians appreciate this? I had no warning either on the app or social media you were going to play such inappropriate music. Disgusting.

Do you body a favor and take a Pilates class, then take several more!…read more I was recommend Pilates by my physical therapist after a knee injury and surgery which made it difficult to be as active as I used to be. I had also been experiencing back and shoulder aches and spent 8 months with a chiropractor with no resolution. I took an intro class, they are free and a great introduction of you've never worked with a reformer, I had not. You will also need socks with grips on the soles. The instructor was incredibly helpful and talked out each move and breathing techniques. They have also taken the time to come over and adjust you if your form is wrong (COVID has changed things). All of this is to say that after 3 months of starting Pilates, the pain my shoulder and back are nearly gone, my posture is better (I sit in front of a computer all day), and I have seen a huge difference in what my knee is able to do now compared to my first Pilates class (I had a lot of modifications). Membership: There are several different types of memberships based on number of classes you'd like to attend monthly or weekly. The passport for example is an unlimited membership that allows you to go to any Club Pilates nationwide and costs $259/monthly. Classes: An abundance of experienced instructors and classes. You can book using the app and the login is site specific. This is my only issue with Club Pilates; the old app worked well for me but the 2.0 version does not.

I'm giving this place 4 stars, but it's because of certain things that work simply for myself -- I…read morecould totally see someone else feeling very differently. Pros: It's never packed, and I do mean NEVER PACKED. Unlike LA Fitness/Planet Fitness you never have to worry about crowds or not being able to use any machine. If all you want to do is cardio (I wouldn't recommend that) they have all types of the cardio machines! I personally like to use the basketball court, just to shoot around. I don't have any interest in being competitive - again it's rarely used. Now that is subject to change due to volley ball or some other sport during certain times of the year. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, for the most part, depends on what staff member you get. They have two indoor fields, that get used rather often, I've gotten mixed messages. I was under the impression that since I have membership, I can use them with the lights on during non-soccer events. However, one lady told me if I want the lights on I'd have to request the space? Weird. They also have a large outdoor soccer field, I've used it a few times freely to get a jog in. Cons: Some of the gym equipment is very old, pretty sure I used a chest press machine they have in there when I was in High School (going back nearly 20 years) Also the air ventilation in the gym area isn't great -- I don't care personally. If you don't sweat during a workout, you aren't doing it right! It depends on what you are looking for, I generally don't like people, so for me this is the perfect spot LOL!
