We service all time zones nationwide remotely. Teksupportspy specializes in helping non-tech savvy computer users become more tech-savvy. We provide 2-hour computer learning workshops in Windows 10, Windows 11, Printer Setup, Office 365, etc., so our customers can learn to use their computer and software. We also provide remote computer tech support to help solve our customer's computer issues and train them on how to solve their system issue. We also provide One on One computer training. Customers give us the topic and we'll train them on it and provide them notes to refer to. All services are conducted remotely via Zoom or Microsoft Teams (preferably Zoom). We act as a dedicated IT guy for our customers remotely.

TekSupportSpy was created to help non-tech savvy computer users. The Founder of TekSupportSpy, David Peebles, has a background in computer tech support and as a College IT Instructor. David has seen so many computer users needing help to understand how to troubleshoot and use their computer. TekSupportSpy was created to provide individuals a service to help them understand their computer and software.

Hello all, my name is David Peebles and I'm the Founder of TekSupportSpy. I created TekSupportSpy to help non-tech savvy computer users to learn how to troubleshoot and/or learn how to use their computers. There is no other service out there providing this. I have a computer tech support and College IT Instructor background. I will mainly be teaching the computer workshops and doing some tech support services as well. We plan to have CompTIA A+ certified techs, like myself; only providing you tech support when you need us. We want to be your dedicated IT guy via remote and zoom. We want you to see what we look like so we can connect with you personally as your IT guy here at TekSupportSpy, whether you are in Ohio or Florida.
