My friend ordered the smoked salmon hash and I don't have a photo of it because all three of us started eating it right away. This was not lox - it was a generous portion of salmon that's been smoked so expertly that it melts in your mouth. And when Chef Grant came back with a cup full of berries we were skeptical but they made the dish even better, the sweet perfectly balancing the savory. The only photo I have of the food is of an off-menu smoked pork tenderloin sandwich with smoked mac & cheese, and pickled onions and jalapeños on the side. Every bite of this was delightful with complex flavors and very well-balanced.
