High pressure sales worse than buying a car, try to upsell everything from toothbrushes toothpaste…read moremouthwash and prices are reeediculous. Wanted over 1500 for root canal with 2 insurances. Went to PURE Endodontics covered 100%. Quality not so good the hygienist had a personality of a brick and was hard to understand. The office staff was sell sell sell. It's a chain so you get what you get but I'm never setting foot in there again

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Aspen Dental. I arrived for my 2:30 PM appointment…read moreand waited over an hour and a half before seeing the dentist. After that, I had to wait another 20 minutes to meet with the financial coordinator. Once that meeting was completed, I was told I would have to wait another hour to see the dentist again because I had been moved to the back of the line behind four other patients. I don't understand how someone with a scheduled appointment is treated like a walk-in because of delays caused by the office's own process. When I expressed my concerns, the office manager was dismissive and acted as if I was being unreasonable for not wanting to spend several hours at the office for a scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, when I asked the financial coordinator what prescription I would be receiving, his response was, "I don't know, I'm not a doctor." While I understand he may not know the answer, the response came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. A simple offer to check with the dentist would have been appreciated.

I had to have a fractured abscessed back molar extracted. I was quite nervous as most people are…read morebut all the staff and Dr. Patel explained everything so well and were very kind. I opted for numbing and nitrous oxide. I probably would have been fine with just numbing but it kept me calm and i did not feel the numbing needles. It also comforted me to know that they use the newest procedures such as taking a small amount of my own blood, extracting the plasma and then inserted it in the empty socket to enhance healing and prevent dry socket. The procedure was performed at the Marlton office. The tooth came out quickly intact in just seconds. I highly recommend this practice.

I will be doing a survey about the way I was treated by your office. I have never been to a dentist…read moreoffice that charged this amount of money with me having insurance as well as asking me to pay 50% prior to my appointment is ridiculous!!! "We are unable to confirm your appointment until we receive your 50% deposit.* Please follow the link to pay at minimum 50% of your copay to your appointment. https://link.clover.com/urlshortener/9WS32T. It is your responsibility to pay the full amount of estimated out-of-pocket expenses (50% deposit upon receiving this email, and the remaining balance at the time of surgery)." I went to another professional dentist office which did an exceptional job (despite your office indicating "I hope they know what they're doing" as a scare tactic.) They did an exceptional job, and I only paid $110 out of pocket versus your office charging $570 for the same procedure???????? To me it is not the patient that is a priority in your office, it is the money!!! Terrible customer service and your staff is not friendly at all.

I hadn't been to Lanzi Burke since I had my upper (and extra!) wisdom teeth extracted about three…read moreyears ago. Excellent, professional, cleanly practice ! Today I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Wagner. Such a nice and knowledgable doctor! I got the good news of not needing an extraction / root canal, etc. The pain was "just" trigeminal neuralgia- related. Fun times! Is it petty that Im subtracting a star for the rude receptionist's uppity attitude when I was lost (but oh so close to the office?!) Im never late to appointments and get nervous when I'm lost, esp in an unfamiliar area with heavy traffic. She kept talking over me - not appreciated! Other than that, a perfect experience (again).

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I also hoped I could say this anonymously since…read morethe general attitude of the entire office was abominable and intimidating. I was here for a consultation last year and now that I've had great care at another office, I strongly recommend Cooper so you don't become broke, fearful and paralyzed!! First, particularly rude receptionists which was absolutely unnecessary. Talked over you, thought that you were stupid, etc. Second, when I went through the back doors to get tests done, there was a giant Trump 2020 flag. Nobody could miss it, and of course it was after the locked doors and not visible in the waiting room. I hope it has been taken down since, not because of my personal beliefs or my ability to use Google, but because no matter anyone's political views, it should NOT be displayed in a DOCTORS. OFFICE. I have never seen anything like that before or after this hell hole. Even if I was on Trump's campaign for running for office, I would not put that in a DOCTORS OFFICE. Third, when I was about to get the tests done, I was unable to remove my ear piercings since they were new and I was not going to pay another $100 and wait 6 more months to get them re-pierced. They were NASTY. I almost cried because of how horrible these people were about my piercings and making their opinions on them very known. Not that it should matter, but I only have 2 piercings in my lower ears- I can't imagine what they say and how they would treat someone if they had any piercings out of the usual. Fourth, they were scheduling a wisdom tooth surgery for me and they were going to get all 4 teeth out. Innocuous right, to the general naive person? But when I went to Cooper for the wisdom tooth surgery, they had to do a Coronectomy (where they only get the crown of the tooth, not the roots). My surgeon did this because the roots were dangerously close to the a nerve, (inferior alveolar nerve), and that if they did that procedure without a coronectomy, I could have ended up PERMANENTLY PARALYZED in my face. Fifth, when I was about to leave the office the receptionist barked at me to pay nearly $8,000 immediately or they would cancel my surgery appointment, (with decent dental insurance too). They told me that my surgery was imminently needed and that I should book it ASAP and I was tearful that I couldn't afford that in the moment. They did not tell me about that necessary payment beforehand or maybe I would have tried to find the money??? Not only was this hell hole astonishingly rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, nasty, unsafe, concerning, and exploitative, but apparently they are also known for this! I was informed by an unnamed surgeon that they have a reputation for not being thorough, consistent, nor kind. What a tragic combination. In the end, I am glad that I couldn't afford $8,000 (with no notice) so I could go to another doctor that would not paralyze me. I am one day post-op from the wisdom tooth surgery at Cooper, and it was handled extremely professionally. Please learn from my traumatic experience and I hope that this hell hole shuts down and doesn't hurt anyone else. Thanks for reading until the end.
