I finally saw on online that my application had been canceled. I located the office and went to it in person. The person that was there did not handle applications and could not help me. He did give me the # of his sister Shannon and said she could help me. It took me awhile to get in touch with her. She said that my application was put "on hold" due to the fact that someone had signed a lease while they were waiting on "requested information" from us. Through their 'Chat" system they requested our paystubs. I had the requested paystubs to them with 30 minutes of request. She then said we could put our applications toward another property. They have less than 20 to choose from and only one would possibly work for us, but it was currently occupied and not available for touring. I watched closely and when it was available I contacted her. She informed me that John was putting the lockbox on it and gave me his #. I called him He did answer and said that he hadn't put the lock box on yet but to call him later that day, I did but no answer. I tried for a few more days to call him, plus calling the office and leaving messages. At this point, I am done and will call it a loss on our $100
