Second of all, she gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had and thirdly, in record time. She had nailed my hair type within moments of seeing me and understood things that other hairdressers had needed years of explaining and still don't understand. I can't understand how she can possibly be this good and be so young! I wish I lived in Spartanburg and could go to her every season, but I will surely be back with her when I am in town! Also, I don't agree that $50 is overpriced for a shampoo and cut of this quality. In fact, that was what I paid someone of Carla's calibre back when I lived here in 2000s. She also offers a dry cut option of $35. This woman and her salon are a gem!!!

Somehow, they lost my insurance information from the last time this happened. I retrieved the information from my car, still the only customer in line. Then their computer system freezes for 10 minutes processing my payment. I'm asked to have a seat in their waiting area. In about 2 minutes they call my name over the intercom and said my order was ready. I approached the counter where the cashier physically had my prescription in her hands. I was instructed to get in line behind the 7 people that had accumulated during my wait. Before I get to the front of the line, they call another lady to the counter to give her her prescriptions while skipping the line. Then for the 3rd time, I'm required to regurgitate my information AGAIN! The clueless lady behind the counter then falsely smiles and flicks my meds onto the counter. No thank you. Never this Walgreens or any others EVER AGAIN!

She proceeded tell me she had never heard of the color and she was an instructor for color so that color didn't exist. I saw the color on the internet and on Pinterest so I knew I wasn't making it up. Then we discuss the cut I wanted-she specializes in long hair-I showed her a picture which was a short, layered bob style. She then tells me she would cut some of the length off so she "didn't waste any color on my hair". Tells me she will do a "warm brown" color to match my complexion. I.said I didn't want it too dark. By the time I left, I had a pixie cut and there is a 1 inch wide area of next to no color all the way across the back of my hair!!!!! My first time there and I will not go back!
