In about 2 minutes they call my name over the intercom and said my order was ready. I approached the counter where the cashier physically had my prescription in her hands. I was instructed to get in line behind the 7 people that had accumulated during my wait. Before I get to the front of the line, they call another lady to the counter to give her her prescriptions while skipping the line. Then for the 3rd time, I'm required to regurgitate my information AGAIN! The clueless lady behind the counter then falsely smiles and flicks my meds onto the counter. No thank you. I saw the color on the internet and on Pinterest so I knew I wasn't making it up. Then we discuss the cut I wanted-she specializes in long hair-I showed her a picture which was a short, layered bob style. She then tells me she would cut some of the length off so she "didn't waste any color on my hair". Tells me she will do a "warm brown" color to match my complexion. I.said I didn't want it too dark. By the time I left, I had a pixie cut and there is a 1 inch wide area of next to no color all the way across the back of my hair!!!!! My first time there and I will not go back!
