Unfortunately, Dr. Sanchez has already left Oaktree. The amazing PA's left also. When I called to make an appointment, I then found out the only person I could go to would be Anziano. There is no way I would ever be a patient of hers. My poor daughter was the victim of her rudeness. She actually laughed at my daughter who was very upset and never seeks medical care. So my suggestion is reach out to Adriana Brewer or Megan Ascado that have left Oaktree and went to different places. Also, the wonderful phlebotomist Sessy is no longer there. Not sure what's going on at this place anymore. Happy to have found amazing care elsewhere. They have basically got rid of patients that have PPO's. 1-7-24

My wife had it written down as 9:20. I called them at 8 am the day of to confirm. She told me that it was at 8 since I was considered a new patient. I said I could make it in 15 minutes and she said no and made me reschedule for a month later. They made me wait three months to schedule this appointment. Apparently it is Adventist Health policy to 'scan the documents' I fill out before seeing the doctor so it was just impossible to let me come 15 minutes late. Unbelievable. It's like working with a person with the empathy of Lord Voldemort. You could be dying on the floor and they wouldn't let you see the doctor until they scan the docs. I should note that I have already been a patient here and doctor Horowitz is good. The office staff is a nightmare. They switched to Adventist Health from Sierra Family Care hence the whole "new patient' debacle.

I see people complaining online about the care, to which I would say to self advocate and speak up. When I can't recall how to do an exercise I just ask. If what is being asked is too painful speak up. The staff does listen. I noticed that much of the staff is bilingual so that can be helpful too.

At first I told her, "No." But she seemed genuinely concerned as to why I was no longer interested in attending therapy. She told me that she would pass along my concerns to management. And told me that if I changed my mind, to please call. Since returning, staff have made an excellent effort at remembering my pronouns, or apologizing instantly, if they use the wrong pronouns. I can really notice a shift in their attitude - which I appreciate very much. And the therapy has helped my medical condition a lot. The therapist even gave me advice on how to warm up and modify my favorite sport.

I have only had one visit so far, but I can already tell how good Dr. Seeley is at his job. I've…read moresuffered a total of three accidents since 2015. Drunk driver hit me, someone side swiped me and someone rear ended me. I've been to many chiropractors who have helped me heal but never quite back to the way I was and still having to come in often for maintenance. Dr. Seeley showed me details about my atlas. Something all the other chiropractors failed to address. I have had one chiropractor challenge my atlas with a activator but that's it. Dr.Seeley took special x-rays of the cervical spine that is generally not done with GP chiropractors. He showed me how my atlas was completely off kilter and out of alignment. We did our first adjustment today and I noticed an immediate change. I also got sick to my stomach within 30 minutes but that's a excellent sign the body is responding to the treatment and is willing to cleanse and open to healing. My treatment plan will be long due to my injury but I can tell this is going to be a very successful journey of healing while all other chiropractors failed to correct my accident injury from 2019 and now this new one of May 2021 but Dr. Seeley is going to be able to make great progress in getting my neck actually healed
