Avoid this place at all costs! I had a fairly simple embroidery order. I called on the phone and explained what I wanted and got a price (two lines, top line about 50% bigger than the bottom). I had quotes from several other places at $10-$15 per piece. The owner here quoted me $12 a bag. I then had someone else drop everything off to be embroidered. When the order was done about a week later, I called in to pay and the owner tried to charge me $18 a bag. We discussed and it was apparent that she was not very organized. The owner kept explaining thread counts and why her final price was higher than the quote and I really did not have time to talk to her on the phone over a $70 difference. She negotiated it to $15 at that point and I really had no choice but to pay because I had a team of kids waiting. I spoke to the friend who referred me to this place and was told they were charge $8 per bag for similar work. After I paid, I had someone pick up the bags and they were not even right! I wasn't very picky, but I discussed with her over the phone that the top line should be 50% bigger than the bottom. Both lines were the same. I called up the owner and spoke to her. She said that she did not write down what we talked about! Let me repeat that. SHE DID NOT WRITE DOWN WHAT I ASKED FOR. This is probably why she did not remember the quote she gave me. She also did not send me a proof as is typical of every embroidery shop I have been to. I had assumed that it was such a simple job, that it would be difficult to screw up. I was wrong! Avoid this place unless you don't care about the final product or the final price! read more

AVOID AT ALL COST! Requested a tshirt test order, with potential for frequent large quantity re-order, almost a month later we've been receiving constant excuses. Something to do with her husband, with UPS, with this and that. Unacceptable customer service and non existent ability to delivery. After we had to get a hold of her, she notified us she is leaving on previously planned vacation. I only make reviews that are outstanding or completely unacceptable...this one is worthy of being unacceptable, at best! Stay away, especially if you're pressed on time to have something done! read more

I called first and spoke to the lady who said she would need to first look at my file so text it to her so her husband can look at it so I texted her the file then she says she texted me back telling me she couldn't do it on the day I had asked so no problem, i replied back asking her if she can do it next week and she never replied so after 4 days I again sent another reply and NOTHING. Had a bit of a emergency rush order for two shirts to be embroidered. I understood the difficulties of this but she said she would have them ready. I call the next morning to confirm it would be done. No answer. She then calls and says that her machine went down in the morning and she tried all day to fix it but would not be able to complete the order I paid for. I understand bad circumstances but she should have contacted me when her machine went down in the morning so I could find another solution. I probably would have let her complete the order and just bought two shirts again once her machine was fixed. read more

If I could give negative starts I would. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like outrageous prices mixed with terrible customer service. She is extremely slow with orders, and as others have said, acts like she is too good for your money. I ordered 12 vinyl heat transfer shirt,each for $15. Finally after many weeks, I picked up the shirts which had crooked prints that were horribly scaled. The print began peeling off after only 3 days of wear!!!!! I would highly recommend going to EmbroidMe, as they are much more professional, friendly, and have realistic prices. read more

I had a patch installed on a leather vest last year and when I got it back it was crooked, I took it back and she wasn't too happy but she had it fixed. Today I brought another one I needed done and she told me she wont take my business because she loses money if the patch is not installed correctly and it has to be re-done........ Are you kidding me ???!! So I have to live with a crooked patch on my leather vest in order to keep doing business with her ??? Do the job right the first time and we wont have any issues.. And it is true she makes you feel like she's too good for your money.. Bad attitude. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. read more
