We had to scramble on the day of the event to borrow chairs from friends. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive. After several emails, they admitted they had gone through their inventory but still offered nothing for the unusable chairs. When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I recommend choosing another rental company that values its customers and ensures proper quality inspections.

South Party Rental finally showed up at noon on the day of the event, which was two days after the scheduled delivery and after I had already secured replacements. This is a clear breach of contract and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. I am currently waiting for a refund!

The variety of animals available for petting, from adorable ponies to fluffy rabbits, catered to every animal lover's heart. The highlight of our visit was definitely the pony rides! The ponies were gentle and well-trained, making the experience enjoyable even for first-time riders. Watching the kids' faces light up as they rode around the enclosure was priceless. Overall, our time at the pony/petting zoo exceeded expectations. They showed up early before the party and brought two ponies along with the petting animals-a baby pig that was adorable. It's a fantastic option for families, animal enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a fun-filled outing. We'll definitely be returning for more pony rides and cuddles with the animals! I was so hesitant based on other reviews but felt as though this was worth the risk after the experience-our daughters loved every minute of their birthday party!!!
