When it came to ordering, they were communicative and answered all my questions, came ahead of time for delivery and the Monster Truck bounce house for my son's party was a huge hit. Other bounce companies (ie Jupiter Bounce House) have a $500 delivery minimum and their prices are extreme. Palm Beach Inflatables was totally reasonable. I will only use Palm Beach Inflatables again.

This is an amazing interaction for kids from the ages of five all the way up to adults. We had the most amazing time it's across between laser tag and paint balling with a whole different twist. The owner operator Mario was by far an excellent host what he did when he showed up about an hour before the party was starting and he set up. It took him roughly about 30 minutes to set everything up by the time our guest started to arrive. He had everything set up. We had close to 15 kids and a handful of adults. The pictures and videos will speak for themselves. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a party at either your home or a venue. The Ninjas have been all boys thus far learning all sorts of acrobatic moves. The teachers are so nice and accommodating, which makes the kids so happy. As a parent, it's a solid hour to sit back and talk with the other parents or to chill. The administrators are also very nice and helpful when rescheduling if a class is missed. All the class schedules are available on their website. There is a birthday party discount if you attend classes, but it's still pricey. Their location is in a warehouse district and there is usually plenty of parking. They also have a child safety entrance door (which is helpful and annoying) but it keeps everyone safe from the car's driving nearby.

It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.
