They always have a great selection/stock and you can always find a sale going on. They have items for work and play. I have shopped at this place for years now and I have never regretted a purchase. I think the first thing that struck me was that the deals here were better (read cheaper!!) than the Collierville Torrid store, as this store had an amazing buy one, get one free for clearance items whereas as Collierville store had buy one, get one 50% for clearance rack items. So with that kind of a discount, not only did my friend purchase 4 dresses for the price of 2, I ended up making out like a bandit too and purchased some clothes I had previously been on the fence about - but when its a BOGOF offer, that's an easy decision to make! Both our bills were right around the $100 mark (hey Torrid isn't cheap!!) but at $25 for 4 dresses, we both felt we got a great bargain! Also, just like at the Collierville store, the staff here were also so sweet and lovely!! Let's start with Management ! For some reason the…read moremanagement team at this Location off Germantown in the shopping area section at 2759 Wolfcreek pkwy This woman and most of her staff have the most entitled attitudes and nasty mannerisms. I have visited this location on four separate occasions and each and every time I enter this location, I am not greeted. I am watched and I am treated poorly active checkout for some reason the manager is always busy doing inventory or something that can clearly wait until she clears her customers from standing at the register, but she will leave an associate at the register by themselves doing other task While she stands by idling watching and not assisting. The selection of their clothes always says sales on rack however, the prices have always been the same it's always overcrowded and the same T-shirts on the same rack for the same high price at $6.99. Even her clearance rack looks shabby.. the value of their clothing and jewelry and accessories seems mediocre and I guess if you're looking for a cheap bargain, you will run to rainbows with that being said I'll never do business with rainbow at that location ever again. It was always my quick run to spot to get a T-shirt or cheap jewelry but I guess now that this establishment makes it so hard for customers to come in and shop. I'll never return to the store and I'm gonna keep doing reviews as long as you have bad management with their associates.
