I've had nothing but great customer service from my agent Amber at RCI! When I've needed help I was able to call and get the service I needed. I was totally treated like family and in a time of insurance need it's a big deal. I have also always felt like I've got a good deal as far as what I pay for coverage. Being an independent broker, RCI from what I understand, can shop among many providers and find the best deal suites find it my needs. I'm even looking to start a business with a couple of drones and they were able to provide me a quote for that! Overall I highly recommend RCI and would have no problem sending family or friends over to get a quote!
