Go somewhere else. These guys do not care about their customers…read more I had my home and car insurance with them for about a year and was paying around $173 per month for my vehicles. Last month, my payment got rejected because I had to get a new debit card due to fraud on my old one. I wasn't aware the payment didn't go through, and this all happened during the holidays. I later saw an email from them requesting payment, so I immediately paid it. The money was deducted from my account, so I thought everything was taken care of. About 25 days later, when I went to renew my vehicle tags, I found out my insurance had been cancelled, even though I had already made the payment. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal and called their office to fix it. Instead, I was told they couldn't reinstate my policy and that I would need to start a brand-new policy. Somehow--still not sure how--they came up with a new monthly payment of $390 for two vehicles. How do you go from $169.61 to $390 in just 23 days? I understand inflation, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Completely disappointed after being a loyal customer.

After speaking with Danny Pryor, he basically said he knew what he sold me, but he didn't tell me I wasn't protedted. My claim was over $24,000, and even though my deductible was $11,000, Allstate and Danny Pryor said they didn't owe me anything. If you have Allstate with Danny Pryor, run! I don't know if he intentionally misled me to believe I was covered, or if he is just stupid, but you are not "in good hands" with Allstate and Danny Pryor.

Travis Primeaux's initial response to our concerns was a discouraging sigh, indicating reluctance to assist. Rather than addressing our concerns with care, he displayed rudeness and impoliteness, providing snarky and dismissive answers. Kaci has an amazing team that goes above and beyond right from the start!…read more My wife and I have been State Farm customers for over 30 years now. We recently switched to Kaci's agency after our previous local agent had retired. Like so many, our home was impacted by the May 2026 hail storm in the Owasso area. Long story short, we were having some problems getting parts of our storm claim approved by the adjuster to receive complete payment for repairs. So, shout out to Wendy (Claims Liaison) with Kaci's team. We had only switched agents a few days earlier on the State Farm app. We hadn't really even requested their assistance yet but, just a few days after the switch, I got a call from our adjuster to inform us that everything had been approved now, final payment was issued, and the claim was closed unless we found any further damage. Best news we had received since the storm! I was a bit puzzled at his sudden change of attitude. Then a few days later we got a call from Wendy to introduce herself and welcome us to the agency. Turns out she saw we had switched to their agency, we were struggling with our claim, she took initiative and handled it! We are so glad we made the switch to Kaci Miller's State Farm team and look forward to many continued years as happy customers!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misleading Information and Financial Loss…read more I am writing this review to caution others regarding my experience with agent Shea Garrison. For the past five years, we were lead to believe that we could not make specific cost-saving changes to our auto policy. When we inquired about adjustments, we were explicitly told by Ms. Garrison that such changes were impossible because we did not own our vehicle outright. As it turns out, this information was entirely inaccurate. After bypasssing the local office and contacting the Farmers corporate 800-number, I spoke with an online agent who confirmed that vehicle ownership status did not preclude us from modifying our policy. By making these long-overdue adjustments, I saved my family $600 per year--a change that was apparently available to us all along. Due to the misinformation provided by this office, our family has incurred a cumulative loss of over $3,000 over the last five years. It is deeply disappointing to receive such blatantly incorrect guidance from a licensed professional, especially when that advice results in significant and unnecessary financial strain. I strongly advise potential clients to double-check any restrictive "policy rules" cited by this agency with the corporate office. We will be escalating this matter formally, as this level of negligence is unacceptable.
