We recently switched to Kaci's agency after our previous local agent had retired. Like so many, our home was impacted by the May 2026 hail storm in the Owasso area. Long story short, we were having some problems getting parts of our storm claim approved by the adjuster to receive complete payment for repairs. So, shout out to Wendy (Claims Liaison) with Kaci's team. We had only switched agents a few days earlier on the State Farm app. We hadn't really even requested their assistance yet but, just a few days after the switch, I got a call from our adjuster to inform us that everything had been approved now, final payment was issued, and the claim was closed unless we found any further damage. Best news we had received since the storm! I was a bit puzzled at his sudden change of attitude. Then a few days later we got a call from Wendy to introduce herself and welcome us to the agency. Turns out she saw we had switched to their agency, we were struggling with our claim, she took initiative and handled it! The agent guaranteed it would change back to low quote in six months. Time after time I was given excuse after excuse as to why my policy still remained high. Finally I'm told that it's not going to change unless I'm a customer with them for three years!!!! One thing I cannot deal with is not being able to trust the company that I am doing business with. Last month, my payment got rejected because I had to get a new debit card due to fraud on my old one. I wasn't aware the payment didn't go through, and this all happened during the holidays. I later saw an email from them requesting payment, so I immediately paid it. The money was deducted from my account, so I thought everything was taken care of. About 25 days later, when I went to renew my vehicle tags, I found out my insurance had been cancelled, even though I had already made the payment. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal and called their office to fix it. Instead, I was told they couldn't reinstate my policy and that I would need to start a brand-new policy. Somehow--still not sure how--they came up with a new monthly payment of $390 for two vehicles. How do you go from $169.61 to $390 in just 23 days? I understand inflation, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Completely disappointed after being a loyal customer.

After speaking with Danny Pryor, he basically said he knew what he sold me, but he didn't tell me I wasn't protedted. My claim was over $24,000, and even though my deductible was $11,000, Allstate and Danny Pryor said they didn't owe me anything. If you have Allstate with Danny Pryor, run! I don't know if he intentionally misled me to believe I was covered, or if he is just stupid, but you are not "in good hands" with Allstate and Danny Pryor.

They seem to be suffering a mass exodus of customers and that says a lot about them as a place to bank. I left about a year ago. Came in person to shut my account down. The teller gave me a receipt and everything was zeroed out. Now they sent me an email stating that I owe them money and they are going to report it to a credit agency and or sue. Wow, I just wanna be done with these people.
