These custom belts are made of Buffalo leather and according to Internet, should be much tougher and last longer without looking bad a year . These belts were customized by the store to my specifications as to belt holes location and waist size. This trip I bought a carry-on and a matching makeup carrier--super cute and well made. But while the luggage is 5 stars, the customer service at this Florence store was 1 star. According to Apple Maps, the store opened at 10:00am, so we arrived then--only to find out they actually open at 10:30. It was pouring rain. At 10:20, the manager opened the door to let an employee in. We asked when they'd open; she said 10:30. At 10:30, the door opened, but she put her hand up to stop us, went to get an umbrella bin, and we kept standing in the rain until she set it out. Another couple arrived right before opening and also had to wait through that. It may not sound like much, but when you're dripping wet at the door while staff are inside eating and fixing there hair, it feels careless and inconsiderate. A little kindness would have gone a long way. Bottom line: the luggage is fantastic, but the service at this location needs improvement.
