These custom belts are made of Buffalo leather and according to Internet, should be much tougher and last longer without looking bad a year . These belts were customized by the store to my specifications as to belt holes location and waist size. Staff member was so helpful, she tried to sell me additional items--a tad pushy--but not terrible. The pricing was comparable to upscale department store brands. I am looking forward to years of use. For example, I saw a pretty, forest green leather that I liked, but I wasn't a fan of the purse design. So I asked the sweet ladies who work there to use that color leather for a different design.
