I was on the hunt for a good shoe repair shop and a neighbor recommended Teddy. A good shoemaker is like a good dentist - valuable and hard to find.
I had 3 pairs of oxfords that were ready for the trash. The heels and soles were shot and the uppers were somewhat worn out. It would have cost $450 to replace all 3 pair.
Teddy diagnosed them and said he could make them look "better than new". He charged me $110 to do half soles and heels for the three pair.
I picked them up yesterday and I am impressed with his craftsmanship. They look new. I am going to use him from now on.
