He failed multiple times to come to my home to help me and would not respond to multiple emails and phone calls. In addition, he never forwarded me the initial notification from nationwide that I needed to provide any photo evidence of fire safety in our home. This was a long drawn out situation leaving me with lots of stress and as I said completely uninsured with no response from Mike Schwartz himself to help resolve any issues or with any help corresponding to nationwide. He completely dropped the ball and left my two young children and myself completely uninsured and our home hardly lifting a finger to help us. If anyone wants more details or would like to talk to me about my experience I would be more than happy to tell you. I can't stress enough how you should not leave your home in the hands of Mike Schwartz.

Sayed helped me a few years ago when he was with a large insurance company and was highly impressed…read moreby the way you explained the process and products. He used to constantly check in with me. After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Whenever I needed something I knew he will be there and he was always super prompt in his responses. I was getting terrible service after he left that company with the new agent assigned to me, who never took time to talk to me and was happy with auto-renewals. When I had finally reached out to the agent after 2-3 years, I didn't get any satisfactory response in addition to delayed responses and always voice mail. I really missed talking to the agent who can really understand what I'm looking for and help me. Finally, I reached back to Sayed again, and as always even after 3 years or he still remembers me and was available to talk and provided great options. It was a no-brainer to switch and save some money. More importantly, he provided great advice without any aggressive sales tactics. Just recently I needed some documents for my mortgage and he and his team jumped on it and addressed it within few mins. Normally, I wouldn't write long reviews, but I believe anyone can benefit from an agent who really cares and I would strongly recommend anyone looking for insurance products to try out Sayed even just to learn about the different options available, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
