Enough about his attire, his work is on point just as his fashion. So, we used his services back in 2020, the start of the You Know What. I was completely weirded out by someone coming to my home to repair my iPad. Not because of germs, because it was different. I'm used to going to a business, I thought it'd be awkward to have someone here doing his work in front of me. But no, he was cool. He arrived, did his work, was super chill, kinda quiet. Boom bam, he was done within minutes. This time around? Same thing. He repaired TWO items (yes, the iPad was back. Haha), and had told him to ignore the broken home button, that I'd get to that someday. What's awesome is that he surprisingly fixed it at no extra cost! I was like, awwwwww, how sweet of him. Both problems fixed - and a bonus repair - for a VERY good price. Honestly, he's my go-to guy now, I won't go anywhere else. I'm SURE there are others out there, but I prefer a fly ass dude to come here, repairing my gadgets in style. (One little tidbit: I remembered he even got a dvd stuck from my PC back in 2020 - FOR FREE, the same day he fixed my iPad. So, you hire a humble dude when you hire him. Keep in mind he doesn't have that office anymore in Greenwood Village, so y'all know.) You're welcome. ;)

Last time I went I also had the battery replaced. So far my phone seems to be performing snappier and they battery drain is much slower than it was. FINALLY! Hopefully I can get another year or so out of this phone instead of paying the ripoff prices of new phones.

This is my frustration towards the corporation (not the franchise). I purchased an iphone 18 pro. However, the case that I have for my 17 fits exactly for my 18 pro. Per the store (by Corporate company policy), I have to purchase a new cased pay the full retail price for it. I already purchased a new screen protector which I understand I had to pay for. However, the case even says that it fits the 18 AND 17 pro. I've contacted corporate about this. I think it isn't fair that the company won't warranty a case that covers both phones. I'm really disappointed that the company has decided to do this as I've already spent a considerable amount of money for Zagg products for over a decade (both online and through this location). I've been a loyal Zagg customer, but I feel this is completely unfair and unjustified and just shows Zagg corporate doesn't seem to value having repeat loyal customers.
